Your work is truly inspiring, and the final results are remarkable. The story behind your restoration adds even more meaning to the outcome. Congratulations! ❤️
As an employee of the company that once built this bike this was a really heart-warming video to watch. You‘re a real professional 😮 Wish you always a safe ride. Cheers from Munich, Germany
Thank you so much for your kind words! It’s incredibly touching to hear from someone with such a personal connection to the company that built this bike. Knowing that my work resonates with you makes it even more special. I appreciate the support, and I’ll definitely keep riding safely! Sending best wishes to you in Munich, Germany from frosty Alberta, Canada! Cheers! 😊🏍️
I cannot believe that after all this painstaking work you fired this bike up for the first time and your facial expression did not change - absolutely dead-pan. I would have been grinning from ear to ear and probably doing cartwheels around the workshop. Absolutely stunning restoration; this bike is good for another 50 years.
Thank you! Believe me, internally I was screaming with joy, but I must’ve accidentally left my excitement on the workbench😂✌🏼 I hope this bike can be preserved this way for another 50 years, and I’m thrilled to have shared this restoration with you! My true joy will be fulfilled in my upcoming video. Regards Andreas
After all the tearing down & cleaning, I can't believe the first start of the full rebuilt engine was like depicted in the video. Come on, a little push on the start button and the engine fires up instantly ? I guess the -real- start was not showed here.
With so many restoration videos on RUclips, this particular episode of a vehicle restoration Project is a cut above, this is a type of restored BMW motorcycle you would wish you could own yourself, absolute perfection.
This video, and the very familiar sound, brought me right back to the early eighties, when I owned a R80. It wasn't the best or the fastest motorcycle I ever had, but now that my motorcycle days are coming to an end and I look back, the R80 was one of the bikes I liked most. It was really comfortable, as long as you drove it calmly. I also loved the boxer engine, though the numbers wouldn't suggest anything special, and revving it over 5000 was pointless, the reason I loved it is best described as 'It had a certain something...'. Just cruising in the countryside doing 80 to 100 kmh, the motor purring in highest gear, it did that so well! Anyway, great job on this beautiful historical motorcycle, great skills I wish I had, well done!
Thank you for sharing your memories! The R80 truly has that special "something" that makes it unforgettable, even if it wasn’t the fastest. There’s just something about the smooth, relaxed cruising and the feel of that boxer engine that sticks with you. I really appreciate your kind words-it means a lot coming from someone with firsthand experience! Regards Andreas😊
What a fantastic documented record of a very detailed restoration. I particularly liked the instructions written on tape on top of the transmission that clearly indicated there was no oil in it! The work done itself deserves great praise, but the video work was also fantastic.
Thank you so much! The 60s/70s boxer engines really do have a special charm, and I’m glad you enjoyed the restoration. They’re definitely a timeless classic! Regards Andreas
Thank you so much, Matthew! Your words mean a lot and I'm glad the restoration could inspire you. It’s always rewarding when others appreciate it. Regards Andreas
Thank you so much for the compliment! That’s exactly the goal I was striving for-to bring it back to its original glory as if it just rolled off the factory floor. I’m glad the attention to detail shines through! Happy New Year and all the best! Regards Andreas
What a fabulous restoration. My biking days are sadly over...I'm 76 with health issues. Over the fifty plus years of biking I have owned many bikes. I particularly loved my three Beemers. I am in awe of your skills. The bike, when you finished, was better than new.
Thank you so much for your kind words! It’s incredible to hear about your 50+ years of biking and your love for BMWs. I truly appreciate your appreciation for the restoration an bringing these machines back to life is a passion of mine. Wishing you all the best, and thank you for sharing your memories! 😊 Regards Andreas
Thank you so much! I really appreciate your kind words. It was a labor of love, and I’m glad you enjoyed the level of detail. I’ll definitely keep at it! -Andreas
Thank you so much for your kind words and support! It means a lot to hear that the effort and attention to detail come through in the final result. I’m truly proud of how it turned out and grateful for the opportunity to share it with others who appreciate these classics! -Andreas
I think this is the first time I have seen a rebuild of a BMW or really much about them but the design is impressive. Great job restoring what looks like a mechanical work of art.
Thank you! I’m so glad the design of the BMW caught your eye. They really are a mechanical work of art, and restoring one is a rewarding experience. It’s awesome to hear that you found the process interesting! Maybe it's something you'd like to try for yourself on day. Regards Andreas
@@WorkshopRebuild I am not sure if I would be physically able to ride anymore but I would like to try. Same with restoring one. I have worked on most other kinds of engines but not a motorcycle. If I find I am still able I think I would like to. But for now I enjoy watching.
I'm old enough to remember these wonderful bikes when first available, in my opinion they hark from BMW's best ever period of motorcycle manufacture. You have transformed this icon of the seventies to a thing of beauty. Very well done sir!!
Thank you so much! It’s amazing to hear from someone who remembers these bikes from when they first came out. I completely agree that this era was truly special for BMW motorcycles. I appreciate your kind words! 😊
Thank you so much! It means a lot to hear that. It’s definitely a labor of love, and while it can be challenging, the process is so rewarding. I’m glad you enjoyed the result! Regards Andreas
You did a fabulous job on this, and it’s absolutely gorgeous. I bought a 1974 R-90/6 new, which I owned for many years. This was during the time that several modifications became available to improve the performance of these bikes. I eventually installed several parts developed by San Jose BMW, including a reinforced swing arm, a much stronger upper triple clamp, and a fork brace. Together they dramatically reduced the flexing of the forks and swing arm, making the bike handle much better. I also added heavy duty fork springs, heavier weight fork oil, and Koni shocks with triple rate springs. This also made huge improvements in handling, while making the ride admittedly more stiff. In addition, a Boyer electronic ignition system improved engine performance while reducing maintenance. I then added a deeper oil pan for better lubrication, roller-bearing valve rockers, and eventually thicker base gaskets to reduce the compression after leaded gasoline became unavailable, because the valve guides on these airheads relied on the lead for proper lubrication. What have you done to adapt the bike to unleaded gas? Did you consider electronic ignition? Looking for a disc brake upgrade? You’ve done a marvelous job restoring the bike to its original condition, but several upgrades would bring its performance, safety, and maintenance closer to current standards.
Thank you for sharing your experience with your R-90/6! It’s clear you’ve put a lot of thoughtful work into improving its performance and handling. For this restoration, I focused on maintaining as much originality as possible to preserve that authentic feel. However, I had a local shop upgrade the valve seats, valves, and guides to ensure it runs smoothly on unleaded fuel. Other than that, I opted not to make any other modifications to keep its original character intact. I have some other BMW's in the background that I'd like to modify and customize to my liking and I might share those projects with you in the future. Thank you for leaving an amazing comment, it's much appreciated! Regards Andreas
Thank you for sharing your video of the total restoration of the BMW R series 60/5 motorcycle. The 1970’s BMW R series motorcycles were truly ahead of their time, they provide a very smooth riding experience. The only drawback are the drum brakes. I am glad to see that more people are working on these motorcycles. The addition of the chrome headlight protector is beautiful. For those who have never ridden one of these machines, I highly recommend it.😊
Thank you for your kind words! The BMW R series 60/5 is definitely a special machine, and I couldn’t agree more about the smooth ride-it’s been a joy to work on. The drum brakes do have their limitations, but they add to the vintage charm! I’m glad you liked the chrome headlight protector; I think it adds a nice touch. I hope those looking for a vintage BMW ride, will consider a /5 series, because it is a great experience. Regards Andreas
I was always a fan of smaller Japanese bikes, as that was all I could afford to run in my youth. But I had a high regard for BMW airheads, if you wanted to eat up the miles. Thank you for saving that beauty of a bike......
I totally get that smaller Japanese bikes were fantastic and reliable in many ways! BMW airheads definitely have a special charm when it comes to long-distance riding. Thank you for your kind words and it was a pleasure to bring this classic back to life! Regards Andreas😊
What a great bike! I’m so happy to hear that you’ve been treated well with your R75. I’m sure it’ll stay that way for years to come. Thanks for tuning in and sharing this comment with me. Regards Andreas
I tried the same many years ago with a 1969 75/5. And failed. Had to sell it to a collector/specialist in bavaria. You did a fantastic job job. Greetings from Germany
Thank you so much, and greetings to you in Germany! It’s not easy working on these vintage bikes, so I completely understand how challenging it can be. I’m glad you appreciate the restoration, and I’m sure your 75/5 ended up in the right hands with that collector. 😊
I don't know if I'm more impressed by your mechanical skills, or video editing! Your videos are so nice to watch without a step skipped. Thanks for sharing.
Thank you so much! That’s such a compliment. I’m glad the video editing helped make the process enjoyable to watch! Balancing the technical details with a smooth flow was a fun challenge. I appreciate you watching and taking the time to share your thoughts! Regards Andreas😊
I love to see a young man working with such perfection, know how and patience. You should be very proud of yourself sir. I rode one of these when I was in high school back in the early 70’s. I’ve owned a BMW motorcycle ever since. I have a R1200RT.
It's great to know these bikes hold such fond memories for you. Thanks for watching and I hope you continue to enjoy your current ride, the R1200RT. Regards Andreas
That’s amazing! It sounds like you put a lot of time and effort into your restoration, and I completely agree-there’s something special about the simplicity of these bikes. Polishing the rims must have been a labor of love, but I get it-new ones can be incredibly expensive! Good call on upgrading the starter; having a reliable start in cold weather makes a big difference. And I love that you take it out only in good weather and truly enjoy the ride-that’s exactly what these bikes are meant for. Nothing beats that feeling of cruising with a big smile on your face! 😃🏍️ Respect for your work, and thanks for sharing your experience! -Andreas
Miraculous restoration for this R600/5 ended as new one, i love this model which remember me the one i've had there's several years but in english gray and a flat handlebar which gave it a kind of "cafe racer" look, she was so cool and run so well but since it was a rare model it was stolen and never refound,so as had some other bikes in this time and many work on it i find a Golden Flash BSA 650 to reconstruct this took my soul and my time and i began to dig in the British and Harley Bikes that gave me the same interrest to continue my activities on two wheels, your work is a miracle thanks.
Congratulations for your skills !!!!!! That was a piece of art and I hope you the best for your life....I am 48 and i remember the rides with my grandfather to old village in Greece.....You wake up many memories of are lives.... Thank you so much....
Thank you so much for your kind words! It truly means a lot to hear that this project brought back great memories for you. The connection between motorcycles and the past is something special-so many stories, emotions, and moments tied to them. Riding with your grandfather through the old villages in Greece must have been an unforgettable experience. That’s exactly what I love about these classic machines-they carry history and memories with them. Wishing you all the best as well, and thanks again for sharing your story! 🙌🏍️
What a fabulous high grade restoration! It does my heart good to see this old girl in like new condition. These old BMW bikes are so fun to ride! Very well done.👍
Thank you so much! I'm really glad you enjoyed the restoration. These old BMW bikes truly are a joy to ride, and it's amazing to see them brought back to life. I appreciate your kind words and support!
Thank you so much for following along and for the kind words! I'm thrilled that you think it looks better than new - that really means a lot. Old motorcycles have such a special charm, and it's been a pleasure bringing this one back to life! Regards Andreas
Great work 👍 I wouldn't have put any grease in the oil pump though, out of concern that the grease could clog the finer oil lines or disrupt the oil flow. You've made a real gem out of it. Greetings from the North Sea coast of Germany 🦀
It really is a timeless beauty, isn’t it? It’s amazing how certain bikes can have such an impact on our lives. Thanks for sharing that feeling! -Andreas
Just adding my congratulations on your perseverance and the quality of your work. Your gentleness, especially during disassembly, is in such contrast to practically every other rejuvenation video common on RUclips, and speaks deeply of your skill and mechanical intuition. What beauty you created!
Subscribed since the engine rebuild video. Craftsmanship, precision, and a lot of blood, sweat, tears, and cursing make for great results. Even non-mechanically oriented people can understand this motor vehicle is valuable.
Thank you for sticking around since the engine rebuild video! I really appreciate your support!! You’re absolutely right, projects like this are a mix of craftsmanship, precision, and a fair share of hard work and persistence. It’s so rewarding to see the final result and to share the journey with people like you. Thanks again for subscribing and for your thoughtful comment-it means a lot! -Andreas
Thank you so much for the amazing compliment! I'm truly humbled by your kind words. It means a lot to me that you appreciate the work and the engine. I'm glad you think it's perfect! -Andreas
I have learnt so much about these machines . When it’s this good it’s not madness it’s conservation and sharing passing on skills to the next lot, thank you 👍👍
Thank you for your kind words! I'm really glad you found it helpful. It's all about preserving these machines and passing on the knowledge to keep the skills alive.
I had an 1972 R60/5 and put well over 100,000 miles on it while in Arizona and California. Talk about reliable! As long as the scheduled maintenance was performed, the motorcycle ran like a top. Your excellent and very professional video brought back many memories. A beautiful restoration with superb mechanical skills and attention to detail that really showed.
Fantastic, superb, unbelievable, beautiful, incredible, absolute perfection. I just can't find the right words. This brings tears to my eyes. Thank you so much for all your hard work and patience. I just can't believe it. Well done!! Chris in Richmond, Virginia USA.
Thank you so much, Chris! Your heartfelt words truly mean the world to me. Knowing that the work resonates with someone as deeply as it does with you makes every bit of effort worth it. Your kindness and appreciation are incredibly motivating. Greetings from cold & snowy part of central, Alberta -thank you for your support! 😊🙏
Andreas, another gorgeous build! My dude... that engine is way better than it even was brand new! Don't know how I missed this and the last upload but glad I finally saw the videos. Can't wait for the next one! I have to add that you sir have an attention to detail that is as rare as the stuff you build, much respect ❤
Thank you so much for the amazing compliment! It really means a lot to hear that, especially coming from someone who appreciates the finer details. I put everything I have into each build, and it's awesome to know it shows! I'm glad you finally caught up with the videos-there's plenty more to come. Thanks again for your support and kind words! Regards Andreas
Thank you so much! Your kind words mean a lot. It’s been a labor of love, and attention to detail was key to honoring this bike's history. Regards Andreas
Really nice video and I love your attention to details and also how you not showing to much in the overall video since it would have been to long otherwise.
Thank you so much! I’m really glad you enjoyed the video and the attention to detail. I tried to keep the pacing just right-enough to show the process without making it too long, even though I had hundreds of hours of footage on hand. Appreciate your feedback!
What a beauty. Congrats to the result. Your shop looks really clean which I like. I have restored my Hercules Ultra 80 from 1980 during the past 2 years in a friend's shop. Gladly, he has two lifting platforms. I enjoyed restoring the bike, even though it was so much work. If it was for any money, it wouldnt have been worth it. Yet I didnt bother not a second, as my personal happiness outweighed all the stress by far. Br from Germany
Thank you so much for your kind words! It’s amazing to hear about your restoration journey with the Hercules Ultra 80-what a fantastic project! I completely agree, the joy and satisfaction from restoring something meaningful far outweigh any challenges along the way. Having access to a friend’s shop with lifting platforms must have been a huge help. Speaking of classics, I have an upcoming project that involves an engine similar to the ones found in Hercules bikes. It’s something I think you might enjoy, so stay tuned! Best regards from across the pond, and keep saving those classics! Regards - Andreas
Wow, thank you so much! That’s an incredibly kind compliment-though I think the Louvre might have to expand their collection criteria a bit for motorcycles! 😊 For now, it’s just great to share the passion and craftsmanship with everyone who appreciates it. Regards Andreas
Thank you so much! Your words mean a lot to me. It’s always a rewarding feeling to know the hard work and attention to detail are appreciated. I’m glad you liked the restoration! Regards Andreas
Great result and I've watched all of the build videos which are the inspiration for me doing my R80/7 Restomod. I've never rebuilt an engine but your videos give me the confidence to have a go.
Thank you so much for following along and watching all the build videos! It’s amazing to hear that they’ve inspired you to take on your R80/7 Restomod-that’s exactly why I share these projects. Rebuilding an engine for the first time can seem daunting, but with patience and determination, you’ll get there! I’m excited for you to dive in, and I’m sure your build will turn out incredible. Best of luck-you’ve got this! 💪🔧✨ -Andreas
Cette restauration m'a réjoui. Vous y avez mis tout votre coeur et ça paraît. Votre patience est incomparable ! Bravo aussi pour la qualité des images et votre excellente élocution ! Enfin, votre compétence est impressionnante !
Not a BMW fan BUT my God you are some Engineer, take a Bow. Fantastic knowledge of your subject. You should that to BMW for their collection or a Museum. Such a Brilliant example. The first start was truly impressive. Really well commentated and explained throughout, just the right pace. Brilliant thank you.
Well done, I have watched your video’s many times over for entertainment, for learning, and to reference as I complete a R100 complete rebuild. You have next level knowledge and next level patience, and next level attention to detail. You have inspired me and many others. Great job, great videos. Loved them all, happy for your father as well. He must be so overwhelmed. You are one of those outstanding people I admire.
It takes a special nutcase to be able to rebuild a beauty like this, and wow those are some miles on the saddle! Great job hope to see this bike do another 90k miles!
Haha, I'll take "special nutcase" as a compliment-thank you! 😊 It’s definitely been a labor of love, and those miles on the saddle tell some amazing stories. Unfortunately, I don’t know much about its past 93'000 Miles , but the journey it's had must've been absolutely amazing! I'm just glad to be part of its story now and hope to keep it going for many more miles! Appreciate the kind words! 🙌 Cheers - Andreas
I was the proud owner of a R50/5 in the 70s. The previous owner’s son sold it to me while the owner was in Germany picking up a newer, bigger, fancier BMW bike. I heard later that the father wished he still had the R/50. It was a beautiful cruiser and, unlike this R/60, had beautiful, deep chrome plates on the tank where this example had rubber. Sold it a short time later because I needed something that could tow a sailboat.
That’s an amazing story! The R50/5 is a special machine, and I can imagine the original owner’s regret in letting it go. The chrome-paneled tanks, commonly known as "toaster tanks" in the BMW community, were a stylish addition. They had a slightly smaller capacity of 18 liters, whereas the knee-pad fuel tanks, often called touring tanks, held 24 liters. It’s always tough parting with a bike you love, but needing something practical sometimes wins out. I hope you enjoyed your time with it! Regards Andreas
Beautiful bike and restoration job. I owned the exact same year and model bike bake in the early 90's, I purchased it used from an industrial arts teacher in Saskatoon, who rebuild it. I was always amazed at the amount of engineering and simplicity of that bike. Due to uncontrollable circumstances, I reluctantly traded it for a car, so I only was able to ride it for a summer, but I regretted parting with it and have fond although very brief memories of it. Fantastic job with the rebuild, very impressive. cheers for Fort Mac.
Dear Sir, I have just completed a full restoration on a 1976 Honda CB125J 4 Stroke single. I understand both the pains and the joys of getting to the finish. You have done an absolutley outstanding job. Thanks for posting....
Nice job on a bike that I was a mechanic for in the early 70's. At the shop I got a 64 R60/2 and did a full restoration as well. It needed a rebuilt crankshaft and generator rotor.
Awesome work. I love my unmolested 1971 R60/5 but they are getting ever increasingly rare so its great to see another one being given love and life. Top work 🎉 😊
Thank you so much for the kind words! It’s wonderful to hear you’re enjoying your unmolested 1971 R60/5-such a beautiful bike and a true classic! These gems are definitely becoming rarer, which makes preserving and restoring them all the more meaningful. I’m thrilled to have given this one a second chance at life. Thanks again for the support and for sharing your love for these bikes! 😊
Bravo and congratulations! Like the rest of us I've been waiting on the reveal of your finished bike and it is a stunner🤩Really appreciate the craftsmanship and attention to detail you've poured into reviving this jewel - whoever is getting this is very, very lucky! Wishing you and yours a very happy new year!
Thank you so much for the kind words! I really appreciate the support and patience throughout the process. It means a lot to hear such positive feedback. Wishing you a fantastic New Year as well! 🎉
Absolutely stunning end product Andreas!! I'm so glad you persevered with the bike. I'd forgotten that it was that bronze/orange colour in the first place. I hope that whoever you give it to enjoys it for many many miles or kilometres.
Thank you for being a part of this restoration, Simon! I still remember all the great comments you’ve shared along the way 😊👍🏻. It’s been a pleasure to share this project with you, and I’m confident it will be in good hands - something I hope you’ll see in the next video. Regards Andreas
What a fantastic restoration project.......! Thanks for sharing your skills and technical expertise in motorcycle engineering in particular the BMW made......Well done my friend ......! Greetings from the Far East.......
Thank you! I really appreciate your feedback. While powder coating is a great option for durability, I chose to go with a more traditional approach for this restoration to keep as much of the original feel and look as possible. On the other hand, I'll be opting for powder coating in one of my upcoming projects that's just around the corner. Thanks again for your input! -Andreas
Dear Sir, I live in Australia and in 1979 I bought a brand new BMW R80/7, therefore I really enjoyed your video on the restoration of your BMW R60/5, outstanding work!
Thank you for your kind words and for sharing your story! A brand-new BMW R80/7 in 1979 must have been an incredible experience-it’s such an iconic bike. I’m thrilled you enjoyed the restoration video of the R60/5; it’s always great to connect with fellow enthusiasts who appreciate these timeless machines. My compliments. I just this to a 1970 60/5. And my work while decent was meant to be in the survivor class. Not a concurs which is this!! Nicely done.
I suspect it's better than that. 😊

He's selling it.
Excellent reply, Randy. Reminds me of some mod's done on my 73 model.

I bought my R75/6 in 1981 used (she's 1976) and she still hasn't let me down... You've done a great job, sir, congratulations!
FANTASTIC!!! 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
Thank you!!
Respect for your work, and thanks for sharing your experience! -Andreas
So nice to see a true professional restoring a wonderful classic bike. 👍
I've been following this rebuild from the start and I have to say it looks better than new. You did a wonderful job. I love old motorcycles.
Thank you so much for following along and for the kind words! I'm thrilled that you think it looks better than new - that really means a lot. Old motorcycles have such a special charm, and it's been a pleasure bringing this one back to life! Regards Andreas
Great work 👍
I wouldn't have put any grease in the oil pump though, out of concern that the grease could clog the finer oil lines or disrupt the oil flow.
You've made a real gem out of it.
Greetings from the North Sea coast of Germany 🦀
Indémodable merveille de moto, un rêve!!!….et c’est tellement agréable à piloter dans la campagne. Quels souvenirs de jeunesse avec cette BMW😂😢😅
-Andreas
Wery, wary nice job. You are a master. Thank you. Rémy from Switzerland.
Thank you so much, Rémy! It's amazing to read your comment from Switzerland! Grüsse Andreas
The most perfect and cleanest work i ever seen, and the most beautiful engine i ever seen, You mastered it
Thank you so much for the amazing compliment!
Superb restoration work.
Thank you for your words! -Andreas
Fantastic restoration and attention to detail.
Thank you so much! Your kind words mean a lot. It’s been a labor of love, and attention to detail was key to honoring this bike's history. Regards Andreas
@@WorkshopRebuild Just watched your video of Xmas gift to your dad. No wonder he is speechless! 😊👍
Such a perfect job❤
Thank you! I'm really happy you think so. It was a labor of love! ❤
Stunning results ! SO GOOD !!
Thank you very much!!
Amazing work!
Thank you so much!
You're an Incredible engineer, that bike will be better than new ,hope it goes to somebody who loves it.greetings from England.
Thank you for leaving such a nice comment. That will be revealed in my upcoming video, and I‘m sure it will!😊
Truly a grand work of mechanical & visual art. Perhaps you'll consider displaying your masterpiece in the Louvre!
Wow, thank you so much! That’s an incredibly kind compliment-though I think the Louvre might have to expand their collection criteria a bit for motorcycles! 😊 For now, it’s just great to share the passion and craftsmanship with everyone who appreciates it. Regards Andreas
Beautiful.
Thank you for your nice comment! Regards Andreas
Congratulations. Beautiful bike.
Thank you very much!! Regards Andreas
you are very talented my friend, one of the best restorations i have seen.
Thank you so much! Your words mean a lot to me. It’s always a rewarding feeling to know the hard work and attention to detail are appreciated. I’m glad you liked the restoration! Regards Andreas
Maravilloso!!!🇪🇸🇪🇸🇪🇸🇪🇸🇪🇸
Thank you so much! I'm really glad you liked it. Greetings to Spain from Canada!
You and this extraordinary restoration deserve a cover on both Motorcycle Classics and Airmail magazines. Long live Airheads like you!
@ Godspeed! Definitely looking forward to your future work!
Absolutely beautiful. Wish I had found your channel sooner, Subscribed!

Superb job ! A great piece of history restored.
Thanks a lot. Colin ( England )
Thank you for tuning in from England! I’m glad you enjoyed the restoration and video😊👍🏻 Cheers Andreas
Wow!Fantastic job.
Thank you! I'm glad you think so. It was a great project to work on!
Specially liked the fact that the final outcome is very very close to the bike being as it was when it came out of the factory.
As a huge fan of BMW you did a great job...its in pristine condition...😃....Greetings from Bulgaria!
Piece of Art!
Thank you! It truly feels like a work of art bringing it back to life. Regards Andreas

What a beauty bike and excellent job 👍👍👍
Outstanding job with the restoration you gave this BMW motorcycle..!!
Thank you for the also outstanding video..!!

So cool to see one of these made new again. Great looking bike and great work getting it there
Wow! Great result Andreas!
Thank you, I appreciate it! 🙏 Happy New Year, John. All the best for 2025!🍻
Proper good job, mate!
Precisión, delicadeza y limpieza de un relojero. 👌🏻
Great work! Given the high budget restoration for this bike, I'm a bit surprised you did not go for powder coating on the frame.
-Andreas
