Now when you do surgery, post surgery is delicate than surgery itself. They go places and do surgery and never follow ups . Anemic itself if blood levels are too low which is the problem of anemia, to certain level then the patient requires blood transfusion however, only way to know is monitor blood levels in hospital settings. So performing second surgery with anemia is lack of common sense cos patients will loose blood again during surgery onto of blood shortage as a result of anemia. Had it been the second surgery were the initiation of the first surgeon they would have recommend blood transfusion and advise patient to be stable first before any procedure can be done while managing the pain with medication. Medical negligence of from both pt and the clinicians. Sad.
She should have stayed here for sometime to recover well. The hospitals in that country are nothing, even the so-called professors of medicine in that country are nothing to write home about, they don't even stay in the teaching hospitals. So sad!
