Ok so I downloaded and tried it. The computer finally recognizes the device. I got connected to the samfw tool. Everything was going ok but it just keeps doing the frp process over and over. Doesn't ask to enable USB debugging. Any suggestions?

May be it’s partition is erased, you have to repair with professional tool like Ufi or jtag. If condition is serious.

If fail, try to downgrade if possible then retry. Or use any any paid service online or use tfm tool which costs 0.5 $ for one phone.
