- This is the best way I have found to tune a car to get the fastest time possible. Tthis tuning method plus the right shift pattern and your car should run at its best. this works for almost every car i have used it on.

I just wish I had a better understanding of how to make a microphone sound better on some of these older videos, sometimes I listen to him and say man that sounds like crap LOL I'm picky about audio quality but couple years ago I didn't really know much about making your microphone sound good and whatnot now I do I hate watching my old videos and they don't sound as good LOL but anyways I'm glad you enjoyed the video and thanks for watching it

Cool! Just retuned my 2015 Nissan GT-R! Equally quick acceleration but finally some decent top speed!
And I fully agree with you on the trick tunes for different lobbies, I normally have a car tuned I'd say for the 8.6 Lobby and then I have another car that out years as a Lobby Buster against the cheaters but that's the only time that I pull one of those cars out but it's getting hard to find people that are not cheating

Yam on most cars this really seems to make a difference every once in awhile I find a car where this doesn't work right but and then it's a struggle to get a good tune lol.

Thank you for teaching me a very useful way to tune my cars. It may take time, but it makes sense.
Once you get the hang of it it'll be it usually goes pretty quick I think. Another cool thing you can do is tune the tires first transmission second nitrous last and save it on a preset. Reset the car and now do the transmission first tire second nitrous last save it on a preset and then you can see which preset works better. And just keep the fastest one. But I found on almost every car in nitrous is the one that gets tuned last so what I just said here works pretty well

You're welcome, people always struggle with figuring out how to tune cars properly and this method will get you to a really good sports point and then you can always tweak it a little bit from there if you want to, this will get you very close to the fastest tune possible sometimes you might be able to adjust it and make it a little faster even if it does lose a few evil but this gets you very very close to the perfect tune,

I'm not sure how long it took me to figure this out but I did notice wait a second I just tuned the parts and different order and now the car runs a different time so at that point I started playing around with well how do I figure out which parts are going to be the correct ones between first second and third and eventually I figured it out and I've been tuning like this for a couple of years, it really is a big help

This method is interesting. I've tried it on cars I've previously tuned and it was within a few points sometimes more sometimes less than my old tunes. All 3 tuning settings work in conjunction enough screwing around will get you the same results, however for tuning from scratch this method is very good for making a quality tune with some slight adjustment! Don't expect to go into your garage and get 100 extra points from this tho. Good video, very well explained
Yeah this is just a quick way to get a really good tune, without a bunch of screwing around, once you get hang of using this method it only takes like 2 or 3 minutes to tune a car if even that and once you get it tuned this way you can always play with it a little bit and maybe make it just a little bit faster but this will usually get you to a really good point quickly

I had no idea either, I had so many questions when I first started playing this game and I couldn't find answers to any of them,. after about a year I was like man I got it I got most of the stuff figured out and I'm like I'm going to make a RUclips channel to help other people. I had a pretty nice tuning method that work but one day I got a car that didn't work right now I couldn't figure out why it was driving so bad and then I tune the parts in a different order and it drove great and I said huh.. now I got to figure out how to tell which order the tuna Parts in I started playing with it and I figured out this method and it's been working great for me and most people. there is a weird car you'll run into every once in awhile then just doesn't work for but most of them it does

I tried out your method right after this video, and now my cars are much faster. One question tho, if no problem. Why you only take note od the 1/2 mile tab, and then you are happy. Is the other stuff not that importan tmaybe, i dunno.. For example the 0 - 100 acc... That not so importnat? Thats my question. If so, then ok i have no problem with it lol 👍😉. Am not sure if i have to take note of that aswell, but then that would mean alot more digging into oblivion lol.

despzero since this is drag racing, we want our cars to complete the 1/2 or 1/4 mile in the fastest time possible. For that reason, we only care about the time the dyno reads for the length completed, not the 0-60 or 0-100. I hope this makes sense :)
@@israellopez9147 yea, took me a while to get that lol, i started a new acc since i lost to all 3 boss races i've been doing. Now i already won the first boss car toyota, and i won it coz i first upgraded and than tuned it up!

I haven’t seen your other video, but I always tune left to right and keep my eye on the time (quarter mile for T1-3, half mile for T4-5). I’ll have to give your way a try and see what happens.
i used to do the same thing.. one day i realized it matters what part you tune first and tried to figure it out.. and this is what i came up with..

Thank you and I'm glad it helped, not too long ago I made a shorter version of this video too because I guess this one was a little long-winded but I still use this method to this day, it works on most of the cars like I said there's a few weird ones but this will get you a really really good tune and then you can always play with it a little bit from there if you want to try and squeeze a little extra out of it which you can do sometimes but this will get you very close to a perfect tune on most cars

I just re-download the game since last playing in 2019, was worried I've been tuning my cars wrong so looked up a video. Turns out I've been "Mostly" doing it the right way, did some fine tuning on my cars and managed to get quite a few points more on some of them :D
Nice, tuning's very important and this method gets you really close to perfect I mean you might be able to do this method and then tweak it from there but this normally get you super close to where you need to be, the fine tuning can take like a couple hours so you want to be like super meticulous lol, now on the account I'm able to use for showing you guys shift pattern videos that has all the cars, those are usually tuned already when I get in there for the fastest shift pattern which is pretty interesting and nice, that saves me a lot of time, but it still takes a while to figure out the shift pattern and record the videos and whatnot but I'm glad I don't have to find the fastest tune as well lol

You're welcome, it took me about a year before I figured out different parts need to be tuned in a different order, I kind of find it out by mistake one day. I realized hey wait a second I tune the parts in a different order and I got better results and then I started wondering hey why did that happen and then I kind of figured it out why it did what it did and realized hey the part with the highest Evo need to be tuned first and the part with the lowest needs to be between last and I've been getting much better tunes quickly ever since

@@Danny-Lightning-CSR Funny how i joined crew and they invited me to another discord serwer and leader of this team said i have r34 2015 and it's one of best cars for live races and my evo went from maybe 450 to 1050 and not every part is stage 5 haha engine,turbo,intage are stock and body s2 and i have maybe 95% wins in live races 14.3s lobby :P

I'm not really sure why they have the evolution points in the performance points and all that crazy stuff but I I don't really pay attention to any of the stats other than the evo points honestly,. Unless I'm doing one of those low performance point high Evo tunes then I pay a little bit of attention to the performance points but it's kind of weird the way they set some of these things up LOL

You're welcome, this is still the best way I've found to get a really good general tune that works very well on almost every car
I have a tune I made on my huayra that I use then I tested yours out and it came out a little bit slower. I usually go in depth on the tunes tho and test it by actually doing the test. The dyno in this came I don’t feel gives you an accurate measurement on speed. Your method does give you a good tune quick but it’s not perfect could still use a slight tweaking but all in all still good👍🏼

This helps a lot. Thanks for these videos. Just a question. I know it sounds dumb since there's a specific stats for this but does tunning like this works for the live races or do I have to focus on their specific stats (1/4 time) for that?
Is you're doing a tier-1 tier-2 or tier-3 car you want to look at the quarter mile time when tuning like this,. If tuning a tier 4 or tier 5 car you're looking at half mile time. And if it beats the Dino Time it should do really well at live racing. some people know how to tune specifically for live racing and make their cars dino by even more but I haven't been able to quite figure that one out,. I haven't really tried those kind of like cheating in a way lol.

Well I'm guessing you don't know what down tuning is yet,. it's more like cheating because sometimes you can get a car to dyno by crazy amounts by finding wacky tunes. I haven't really figured out how to do that properly yet some people know how and I wouldn't do it anyway cuz it just kind of seems like cheating but there's some pretty crazy tunes out there. This is just how to get a really nice general tune. when you down to in the car runs a lot slower but will beat the crap out of people on live racing because it's a dino destroyer. And that really a cheat code just a good way to tune your cars LOL
@@Danny-Lightning-CSR doing this definitely has improved my cars. I finished off the last of the ladder races for Tier 3 and 4 with ease. I was stuck on the last 2 or 3 races for each. When I was tuning at first it was weird because although the car was getting to a top speed around the 1/4 mile, the speed towards the 1/2 mile wasn’t that much higher and my cars stalled and stayed at the same speed during the later part of some races. But overall, I corrected them and this all seems to work well. Thanks bro.
Ain't gonna lie though. When you tuned you nitro the last time. You had a better number but didn't see it. 😆 still video is very helpful. Awesome stuff

I have a question. When figuring out which part to tune first, do you count a massive -300 swing as "affects tuning most" or only numbers that raise? Great guide BTW. Really helping this noob out.
If you find the spot where the Evo drops that has nothing to do with getting a fast tune people usually use the Evo drop for down tuning but you're trying to find which part gives you the most evil in which part gives you the least when each part is at the highest number of evo

Addition to my last post. One example is my Ferrari 250 GTO is almost 2 seconds faster in the 1/4 mile by Dyno and Real driving and I have Not added anything to it since the update

I'd say about 95% of the cars that I've tried to tune like this always end up with a great tune. Everyone's once in a while you might run into a weird car where it doesn't work

sorry i forgot the mention this.. when i tune a tier 1-3 car i tune the dyno for the 1/4 mile. when i tune a tier 4 or 5 car i tune for 1/2 mile.. when you are racing a tier 1-3 car 90% of the time it will be a quarter mile race. when using a tier 4 or 5 car 90% of the time it will be a half mile race. generally you will use the same shift pattern even if your car gets put into a longer or shorter race.. hopefully that makes sense..
yeah.. should be the same pattern for the 1/4 mile tune. seems like you tune a car like this it runs a good 1/4 and 1/2 mile

Almost all cars and this game you tune the final drive first than tires then Nas and always after you've done your final drive and tires recheck your final drive make eyes and normally changes as you get the tires to the right tune

Hi Danny. Hope this helps You and others who watch this channel. I found that after latest update All Elite Custom Cars. NOT just regular Legends but elite customs cars only will be Much faster after You retune them, even if You didn't add any more fusions to them. I think it's just something that the last update did

Noted Sir! I'm now going to use it to challenge victor kidd. I already purchased 6 Nissan GTR & stripped 5 of them which I got 4 Stage6 parts.
P.S. By the way this will be my 5th time in the game. 1st I missed victor kidd car, 2nd I missed shax car, 3rd again victor kidd car, 4th angel's civic (few weeks ago). This happened all because of my long break from the game. But now break or no break, I will always check the boss time before challenge and will do a lot of test drive to perfect my time to beat the hell of them. Also I like to collect cars. Looks nice. 😉
Okay so honestly most of the boss cars aren't great, missing most of the boss cars is no big deal so I don't know if I would have started over because of that but you know what it is very cool to have them but once you get them make sure you look into it before you start putting parts into it because you don't want to waste your parts on the junkie cars make sure whichever boss cards you put parts into are the good ones first and definitely glad to help and I hope the video was informative

P.S. Beaten victor kidd today with my junk hemi Cuda not even tune. It did 13.999 sec while he did 14.179. 😂 Again unnecessary invested in 6 Nissan GTR. Bummer me. I paused it at satge4 upgrade. Last race to go shax is mine then.

That's awesome, reasonably I made a shorter version cuz I think I kind of droned on a little too much during this version but same video just I made it a little shorter and easier to understand, but yeah this one should teach you how to tune a car really well, this is still how I treat my cars and usually works really really good
Tuning can be tricky on some cars but for the most part start with Tires then Transmission then Nos, 99% of the time I get the best tune this way.

Everyone i think has got their own way, just try nitro first (highest),then tyres,then FINAL drive obviously,this way seems much quicker and works,you can double check to see if you can get a quicker time but usually a fail safe way for me,thanks,👍
My way is definitely a little slower but for me it seems to work better than any other way I've tried for most cars.
I typically start off with final drive and then tires followed by nitrous (lather rinse and repeat) until it plateaus and no longer improves but always in the same order I've never tried it the way you're talking about but maybe I should just to compare the two.
Another thing I'll use the increasing Evo points to get me in the neighborhood because it's a lot faster than checking the time constantly but then I tune for the best time and not the highest Evo but I know a few people who do it that way also and typically there the same or real close to it.
I will say tuning the parts in the same order every time won't always get you the best results but it'll still get you nice results but if you turn them in the correct order depending on the car you may get a better tune, it may not be a lot better but it won't be at least a little better sometimes a lot better depending on the car

Hello Danny, i watched your live stream days ago and im new to CSR. Just wanted to ask what are the best starter t3 t4 and t5 cars for campaign and tempest thanks.
A bunch of playlists with all kinds of information like that but,. The BMW m4, the GTR that you can buy from the dealership and probably land Lamborghini huracan are the best three cars to get when you're starting out. always buy more in strip them to get parts which is nice and you can't do that from most cars as far as the stage six parts go
