    Now where do I even start with the 18:
    The 18 is London's Busiest Bus Route that is operated by London United RATP using Gemini 2/3 B5LH's from Park Royal (RP) Garage. The route goes from Sudbury, Wembley, Stonebridge Park, Harlesden, Kensal Green, Queen's Park, Maida Hill, Royal Oak, Paddington, Edgware Road, Marylebone, Baker Street, Regents Park, Great Portland Street, Warren Street, Euston Square & Euston. The route was previously operated by Metroline West from Willesden Junction (WJ) Garage. I wish Metroline takes this route back.     The thumbnail bus picture and the actual bus is different. This is because I do not have an actual picture of VH45229 and I didn't really want to ask anyone for it as well.
    I did also notice that I made a mistake, it's meant to be "Kensal Green Station", not "Kensal Rise Station", sorry about that...

    The stations that 18 get packed the most is (peak times) by far:
    Wembley central stn
    Warren street stn
    Edgware rd stn
    Royal oak stn
    Ladbroke grove stn
    Kensal green stn
    These stations make it extrenely peak at times

    Nice Visual on 18 towards Euston Can you do the 452 to Ladbroke Grove, Sainsbury's please?

    I remember this route with the BF60 Gemini 2’s. When the route was using only Gemini 3’s it was fairly boring but the Gemini 2’s sent over from the 28/295 really suit this & the 220/266 in my opinion.

      Same! I used to travel on the BF60 G2's when I was younger. The Gemini 2's the route uses creates a sense of nostalgia!

      Yep, the 18 did use BF60s and even the odd native Metroline VWs. Even then, the 295s VWHs use to appear on the route not so commonly but an odd working from time to time. I even remember a few of the 18s VWs being reblinded for the 295 and it was nice as I prefer the 295 with X's TT/RATP now. As with the 13 regs, they suit the 18/266 as the 266 also used 61/62 reg VNs in the past and Im not sure about the 220 as 220 suits ADE/ADHs more tbf. I do prefer the 13 regs on the 28/452 though especially on the 452.

      @@zfs.59 yeah the 295 is better overall with RATP, though I am disappointed that the LK65’s went to the 92 considering the SN12’s were really good & not even too old (they were new in Sep 2012). The 92 still isn’t entirely boring though the ex HT Gemini 3’s are good as well as the Enviro 400’s from the 282 & the other EX First Gemini 2’s on it earlier this year (except BK10 MFE because that would break down every time I would go on it). I’m surprised BK10 MFE is still in service I do hope PB are maintaining it better.

      @@AB-ii5pi the LK65s were horrid at WJ, always screeching and having faults. At least X put some VMHs on the 295 more often and a 12 reg ADH did the route as well, first time since the last DNH/ADH did it under TT.

      @@zfs.59 have they been improved at G? I am aware they have been refurbished since I’ve been on a couple on the 92/282/E9. I think there’s also a couple that are elsewhere in both PV & PB wonder if they are better now as well.

    I don’t think an express service is needed as the route is very frequent

      But to an extent, it can get quite overcrowded. At least a frequency increase...
