Hey Peter, great topic. Can you clear something up for me. I always rowed for years on damper setting 10. Minimum 1 hour. Up to 3.10 hours maybe once a year for a marathon. Listening to you, I have been a fool. It’s possible. I’m 66 now, and row at damper setting 10 average 10 K plus . In 1 hour. What would you recommend the damper setting should be then?
