I am overwhelmed with your comments about my specific song choices because I found great reception by you for all genres of music. So I wanted to give you two and your followers these opportunities to have a music travel all over the world. But this Umm Kulthum (which you can pronounce alternatively or more easily as Em Kaltum) is way way above the rest. Her golden voice was the marvel of vocal specialists who wanted to check on her throat to see her chords. When Egyptian radio broadcasted the monthly live broadcasts for songs written by the biggest Arab composers, the roads in Cairo and in all other Arab capitals would empty because they needed to go home and not miss the concert. It would be 1-hour song, just one song, and it would be repetition of each and every stanza over and over again. The following day, the recordings on cassettes would sell by millions all over the Arab World. But this one that I gave you was a short version because it was done in Paris, where she sang within one and a half hours, four five of her songs (each one originally like an hour). So this is a shortened managed version! All her songs were classics

This oum kalthoum concert was in november 1967 at the olympia in paris she was 69 years old. Oum Kalthoum could sing on the whole musical scale without any difficulty his vocal cords are a gift from heaven.
you can also see oum kalthoum's musical performance when she was young there are a lot of videos and she appeared in several movies between 1936 and 1947.

In that concert in Paris Umm Kulthum received the biggest salary in the world and was paid twice as much as Maria Callas and 4 times as much as Sammy Davis jr at the same venue. The french media wrote articles for over a week about how they have never seen anything like her.

Even Israeli radio despite political problems would broadcast her songs. Stations have declared 24 hour Umm Kultum days in which fro 24 hours, the radio would put like Umm Kulthum non-stop!!!
