I need to do something like this. My sander lives in a drawer with an mishmash of other tools, and the sand paper is usually… somewhere in the shop. Plus I have belts for the belt sander… it’s silly how disorganized it is.
Nice job. I gave the video a thumbs up because you included your mistake on the dado rather than edit it out. I do question whether 3/4 ply is needed for holding 10 pounds of sandpaper and a sander. I plan to build something similar out of 1/2 ply and a 1/4" ply back with simply nails and good wood glue. IMHO, dadoes aren't needed for something like this. Again, good video because it showed techniques.

Yea organizing helps everything go smoother! I have some plans for this build if you'd like.
This video just showed up in my feed. I have drawn a sandpaper station with vertical shelves for sheet paper but have yet to build it. I am inspired!
Maybe it’s a sign to build it!
