Nice footage! We used to run it in IK's back in the day...before PR's even existed. Of course traditional IK's are self bailing, but try as you will, one would always take on water which really slowed things down. I wonder if one of the better IK makers could add a spray skirt to avoid that problem.Maybe make it detachable/optional. Oh, btw my nephews say they went to school with you in MT, Clay and Coleman Pape.
Curious about the floor valve shown at the beginning? My Valkyrie I just got has a mouth inflation, and I can see the benefits of a stiffer floor! Does Alpacka retrofit the inflation method?
What’s the deal with these? How do they stack up against a traditional kayak? Apart from rolling it up and putting it it your car what are their benefits?
Its exacly that :-) but instead of packing it in a car, you pack it in a backpack and hike over some mountains. As i have no car and being far away from any roadsystem, these thinks are perfect for me.
True wilderness boating. I've had mine in lakes with calving glaciers at 12k feet after a 42 mile walk in. Multi mode. Bike-boat-bike. Walk-rapel-boat-walk. Zig zag entire river systems. Game changer.
Crazy how good the new packrafts are getting.
Blown away. This is next level for exploration ❤
Probably the first no portage descent, but not the first time a packraft has run the Little White, nice lines.
Amazing skill, coupled with a sick boat. Loved those skips!!
Einfach nur mega. Grüße ronactive
Beautiful, thank you for sharing!
A "little white", LOL. Good skill guys.
That looked fun!
Nice dude!
Can't wait to see the Wizards Eye docuseries!
It’s coming!!

That’s awesome! 😂🤘I hope to paddle my hard shell this smooth someday
Was just in a bad spot and it was the safest option

nice paddling and great river 🎉 greetings to Germany. Any Packraft Meetups in the area of that river ?
top level white water skills and boat
amazing
That was sick! Did you swim bc you had trouble rolling or something else?
We take our packrafts to the lower yough. They said we’re the talk of the town. They just seem to blow peoples minds.
Which packraft is this?
Alpacka Valkyrie
Is this a wolverine or valkyrie?
Can you roll it?
Yep! Pretty easily
Any prooflinks? :)@@WizardsEyeExpedition

I've carried mine for thousands of miles on my bicycle, and thousands more miles on my back with camping gear and upwards of two weeks worth of food.
They can also carry bicycles while boating.

Don’t think I’d wonna be sideways on a rock for to long in one of those
Whitewater packrafts are actually less likely to pin on rocks than hardshells. Also, far lower risk of entrapment.
