Hey, Bobby! When i make cauliflower crust pizza, I actually put the riced cauliflower in my dehydrator for a while...it takes a while, but it’s perfect for getting it dry enough to work well.
I did it 2 straight weeks. Best 🍕 ever. Thinking of doing a cauliflower broccoli mix. I usually do mine on a saucepan to dry it out then mix with egg and cheese
It's a delicious pizza. You and Dessi are awsome. I notice when I shred the broccoli directly after I take it from the freezer. it doesn't squeeze the water easily, but when I leave the broccoli for 2 hours outside the freezer it squeezes the water easier and you get rid of most of the water.
I am making this tonight! Pizza night is gonna be yummy. In one vid you mentioned that broccoli, cabbage and brussel sprouts do not have to be organic. So I will use the cheap frozen broccoli. Can't wait. I been missing pizza.

This looks great- think I'd double the recipe since it's a lot of work for just 1 crust. Also, helpful hint: flip the sheet pan upside down and you can slide the crust on and off easily without lifting it.

How about some butternut squash puree? It's really tough to think of a substitute sauce because any sauce I initially thought of either had tomatoes in it at some point (bbq sauce) or dairy (bechemel sauce for a white pizza).

But from what my dad told me of my mother they were pretty interesting and sometimes downright weird. But one famous craving I keep hearing about from family friends and even seen in films is pickles and ice cream. But the flavor of ice cream always varied.
My mum was obsessed with fish fingers/sticks when she was pregnant with me 😂 but a few other family members wanted pickles and ice cream so it must be a really common craving.
The egg does make it non-vegan, as does the cheese, unless it is a plant-based cheese product. Otherwise, the crust is almost 100% vegan. I would maybe have done the crust with a flaxseed or chia seed 'egg' as a binder instead of a regular chicken egg.

What if you run the broccoli through a slow juicer, then you get it really dry and you can use the juice, do you think that will work?
I am in the process of making this right now. I'm excited to try it but my crust did not come out the same size as yours!
