I think one of the most inspiring things about Eminem is that he actually wants other artists to perform well. Most artists, and not only in rap/hip-hop, are only concerned with their own performance and success. Eminem knows his worth and talent and wants everyone else to step their game up for the genre. Take a look at Revival's promotion. But his reputation doesn't need anything at this point.
