Thank you for doing a follow-up appointment! I was definitely curious to see what one would look like - to see the therapy advance to the next stage, but the thing that I wasn't expecting was the sense of familiarity now that the introductions are done and you already know what we're going through. It also provides an opportunity to offer positive affirmations for things that "we" did between sessions and to acknowledge our progress - something I think people can apply to their lives in some way and to their specific struggles.

Thank you as always for your eloquently phrased feedback 🙌
I'm really glad that you liked it and felt like it had some more depth and familiarity to it.
Thank you also for the idea ☺️

With how things are these days, two sessions are a minimum..
I don't know whether it's because people discuss things more or because of modern living (social media etc) but anxiety seems to be everywhere.
Glad you took the trouble to continue our treatment :)

      No worries at all ☺️
Yes I wonder the same thing sometimes.
I'm curious if many people have had anxiety all along but it's just less stigmatised to talk about now and also we have a better understanding of it. Plus the effects of globalisation and media as you have stated. So a variety of factors I think are at play there, but definitely feels very prevalent.

To be honest, I believe it's combination of everything, but the demands of modern living certainly don't help.
But you can't knock it though, there are benefits. Wouldn't be aided by your advice for one! And you do have good advice..

I enjoy your work so much but Why do we never see your full face? I feel like I’m role-playing someone a bit neuro-atypical, focusing only on your mouth smile without your eye smile whole face view. My inner hominid instincts are slightly confused. I suppose it’s for privacy sake right?

Yeah that's it really, I don't want any potential clients finding me and so I need to maintain anonymity. I hope that clears things up. I'm so glad you enjoy my videos though, even if I'm missing half a face 😜
