So a quality amplifier is expensive because many employees do a lot of manual work on it? In my opinion it is the quality of the parts and engineering of the circuit board. The fewer hands the better.

You don't understand, If you yourself have never done any fine handwork. This can only be done by women. Only they have the patience, and smaller hands and skill to do this.
