OGXBOX CEL DAMAGE 720p 1.4ghz CPU 300mhz GPU

This has been my project for a while and im trying to squeeze every last drop of performance out of it, and im not done yet.
the gpu is actively cooled by a 40mm fan using the taller passive heatsink.
the cpu has a custom machined heatsink attached with standoffs, cpu itself is delidded.
