Great information once again!! We tend to short change ourselves by not warming up the right way and it shows on the court! Thanks Simone!

Simone and Marcin's pre-game warm up drills are the best! Thanks!

What do you do with a partner who has a hard time cooperatively warming up and is interested in hitting hard and hitting put aways? It is very difficult to warm up.

Good for intimidating your opponents as well! BTW are you warming up with your partner or opponent?

In tournaments, you warm up with your partner NOT your opponents. You warm-up across the net from your partner. BESIDE your opponents.

So you recommend warming up with your partner opposite from you?

Its important to begin moving back, transitioning to drop shots. Do not spend all your warm up time hitting dinks.

Wow. If we did a 10 minute warmup people would be snarling at its. Where do you play where here is that much tome between games? I want to go there. We have 42 people trying to play on 12 courts. Inconsiderate!

This video is directed towards tournament play. Most tournaments allow time for warmup time. Generally when you are playing in a rec setting, your warmup comes from jumping in a game.
