Honestly guys, most trimmers are not built for balding. The best all around trimmer Andis made was the Styliner 2 but the discontinued it.
Bought these after I seen cuts by Reggie I trust you and him with honest reviews and im 50/50 on these. I gapped them tight and they bald good but they don't like up sharp at all. Wouldn't buy again. Andis is failing hard and they don't care

Dude, those trimmers are not for balding, they're for lining up. I always use my detachable for balding to save overusing my trimmers.

So are you judging it based on how Andis set it or are you gonna set the blade yourself and then do a review? It could be a great trimmer if the blades are properly adjusted. I was looking forward to you trying them out of the box and then with the adjustments.

I wish I could direct message so that I don't come off as being disrespectful on the channel. But to say a trimmer isn't good because they didn't perform well straight out of the box is misleading. The setting of the blade at the manufacturer has a lot to do with that. It may be nothing wrong with the trimmer, just bad gapping. To give the trimmer a fair review you have to set the blades to their optimum setting. If they don't perform then, that's when you can say they're trash. Out of the box performance is based on all of it's components with the setting of the blade being the final component. Thats solely on the company. So out of the box test is just a test of how well it performs with the factories settings. That can't be the final determination of the trimmers worth. #justmy2cents

@@StanleyRC1 reason why I do straight out the box is because that's how they are intended to be used. Just didn't seem to work well for me. I may do another video
They don't hit out the box but when it's set it does it lacks power also but I use mine to bald out and it works fine so far

Andis bespoke has enough power 6700 rpm. Gapped that blade and with change your opinion. It’s quite plus that crunch. I think andis need to design some different blades. There cutting blade is the same as usual. Might need to do what gamma and babyliss did to there’s give it a lighter bevel end. I like andis fox blade cause it’s glides smoothly on the skin but out the box you not gone care for it.
I actually did go the blade and revisited it. Still want a good tool for me. But that's my preference. If ima go andis ima go gtx exo

Sad part about it is I still pick my slimlines over this as well when I’m cutting. Someone told me to put the slimline pro Gtx blade on it. But I haven’t tried it. I ended up getting the Stylecraft flex trimmer.
