But also when it comes to spirituality the best approach is just to find someone whom we can easily trust, anyone who inspires us spiritually and feels that he knows what he is talking about (I don't necessarily mean Sri Chinmoy, it can be any other Teacher). Because if we are going to accept someone's spiritual help, we start from trust, which comes spontaneously, naturally, from within, from our heart...
