This person was are upstairs neighbour he was fucking for 2 years I married him he was worst malignant narcissist she came in are home wile I was there she was a narc herself she tried to get me jailed with him. She had mine and my child's money stopped she was my flying monkey him the freek said let me ween my self off you cheek he travelled 120 miles to stalk me and wrhting letters to me how sick. I got police when he stalked they won't sighn divorse papers there full stds .evil

I just got tired of the same cycle over n over again, im 90 percent healed but i keep watching this channel to fully break thru. N to keep my guard, i dont want to meet anyone like this again in my life. Its hard you gona even try to remember good things n like myself i noticed i fell in love with the abuse, i thought i deserved it n just accepted it. But take it a day at a time theres a light at the end of the tunnel. Review your past relationships before the narc, n try to remember who you were before.

If I learnt something about this topic during the past 15 months is that the new supply is either a new unsuspecting victim or another narcissist. Nothing to be jealous of. And do not accept any hoovers, it gets worst and worst.
They will always watch you even if they get someone else.

He hoovered today. I had left him, since he treated me like dirt and probably cheated. So, he hoovered. Stupid me, I accepted him back. But he was so sweet, grooming me all day at work
As soon as I fell, a few hours later, he started devaluing me ! Again ! He was about to discard me. I broke up first.

He tried to prevent me from leaving.

It’s easy for me to understand this. After all 3 discards she had met the love of her life. It’s still hurts but finally I can say, I can never live like this again. I love me too much to not to learn and love again. I will not stop learning until I’m me again.

I've released the need for external validation and it's such a powerful and freeing feeling I have ever experienced. In a way, my ex narc have helped me heal myself. To be honest, I probably wouldn't of learned that in any other way.

20 years of hell I was so independent and together left a year ago he pleaded me to come back i did then realised i was dying with him around left again and its been a year now slowly healing but confess think i still love him have deleted his social media but having diffurculty moving on 100 percent

The only good or real moments were when his mask slipped, he spoke candidly, a real I could feel, then he goes right back to his agenda or what he wants from me. I was armed and ready so to speak. I delivered a message so well written, that normally I just could not do, prior for so much emotion. In a bizarre way I got empowered to speak less my truth, but the truth, how what he was expecting of me was inappropriate. He promptly agreed, then wrote I love you. Since then, radio silence for a couple weeks now. Like huh?? It hurts, I did what I had to do, put him to the test, for myself and his own toxic expectations of me, which I kept hoping my hints would fix. You just have to wonder how someone could function the way they do.
If he's a narcissist he's probably juggling 2 or 3 women.

My ex partner of 2 half years together I brought son up from another man I gave her credibility wen social and children services was going to take him away at 16 months old all because of alcohol topped with being a narcissist the lies she was telling me was so bad I left just before Christmas 2 hrs after I said I can't do no more she posted on Facebook looking for new supply then 2 days later slept with him to make matters worse on the 3rd day she slept with the man 3 times in same bed as her son and bragged about it with a mutual freind of ours the next day the baby woke up screaming wen she was having sex . She obviously had no regard for her son to do this she has already lost a daughter that was taken away by social services which is why these videos has really helped me threw this difficult time it won't be long before her son gets taken away as we all fear his safety

With this guy I want him becoming oppressed over me. Like I said I have friends who are narcissist some are good close friends. My thing is if it is way too toxic like attacking you being cruel or take advantage of me then I will block them and expose plus get out and leave. I think if it is to toxic everyone should walk away and leave if not they will hurt you again. But my guy he has not done anything like that. So he a keeper. But I also want equality powers. My issue is I have been around several narcissistic in my life. There these twins in California I believe they are narcissist. The oldest twins is all about power and control. I also firghure out who he is and how this works. I am at the point I am not letting him control me emotions. He never attack me or act like a toxic means ashole . So I want to keep him around even though I know who he is because I accept that. I do not want him know I know. I do not want him to know I have the power. I can easily expose him or block him and make him go crazy. I still want him around. I want him back but I do not know how. Do I tell him how I feel or where I stand or what. I know he has other people and I know when he block me it all about power. I know he going on his twin brother to look to see what I am doing. I also have friends who are narcissist too. So I do not know what to do
