Abhishek bhai, ek aur sundar informative video. Activa 2008 ka ek bendix ka typical problem aa raha hai, madad kijiye please🙏 Maine mandir - spring kit change kiya, sab perfect hua. Movement ekdam free hai. Load par & without load bhi self chal raha hai. Problem ab aaya jab clutch chamber ka sabhi bolt tight karte hai. Tight karne ke bad self jamm ho jata hai, chalta nahi hai. Fir se 1-2 chidi bolt dhila karke self mate to first class chalta hai, fir tight kiya to nahi chalta hai. Iska problem kuch 0.5 to 1mm size difference jamm kar raha hai, kya karu kaise thik karu? Mandir ka koi size/ dimension galat hoga? ki spring kit ka taklif hoga?

I hear motor running but scooter not starting, it looks Bendix drive it is not coupling motor with engin wheel hence engine not starting. Tkq v much. GURUJI for great help TkQ v v much for video
In my scooter, even after cleaning properly & lubricating with WD40, the starting problem still persists. Sometimes it starts like a new vehicle & sometimes it feels like it's trying to rotate, but can't. The battery is new, less than 1yr of age. Should I clean the starter motor?

My moped’s (Scooter) gare that is down the bendix drive got jame and not moving around the kick and the kick does not go down which is completely stocked also it does not start with a self start. Kindly, tell me what do i need to do with it make it working again and what do i need to change? Is there any thing wrong with the axel that came out of the engine that is under the bendix drive bcz i have taken out the gare but the axel was jame.
