- HI THERE! So it's time for another UPDATED tier list video! This time we are looking at mythical and legendary VIP dragons specifically!
Now, as stated in the video, there are a couple of dragons that could go either one tier higher or lower, but I wanted to go throguh each skill, how good I find each skill to be, and also go through some of my favourites!
I hope that this helps players to make a little more sense of all these different skills and VIP families. It takes a few months to get your head around it, and some of these picks will be personal preference, but you asked for another tier list, so here it is.

@@Yassa_17just do events and you will get free vip orbs and when you get enough you can summon it or trade the orbs for the dragon orbs you want so that you can summon it
Pegasus should be S tier. Pegasus puncture has a 1.5x multiplier by default which is insane.

Dual parliament is severely underrated. She's amazing and with her you don't really need to use the second skill.
Well her second skill is cheeks and perceptions isnt. Not using her second skill still makes her significantly weaker than perception
Not being able to use her skill reliably in arenas is a massive downside for her. Yes, multi turn is great, but there are other dragons on this list with multi turn + another skill on top. That being said, she does alright in her arenas
Yeah but the randomness can be a problem. She either heals herself or other dragons, deals damage, or switches out. I see her moves easily being inconsistent because she heals herself but still gets attacked, deals damage but doesn’t restore her health, heals other dragons but leaves her open to getting destroyed by legendary Primary dragons, and her switch is problematic because it leaves your strongest dragon out to get attacked.

Thank you for the thoughtful list quack-san... 🙏 one thing i wants to comment on. Spiked Pegasus is easy arguably S tier even could be argue it's the best Spiked dragon so far, the Legendary cat 9 doesn't matters because the 2nd skills is broken skin nor skinless (with skin it deals HVIP level damage) do not wants comments on the rest of the list, everyone is entitled to their experience and opinion!
Also to this day people still have overfixtation with TWD dragon is crazy!! same cases with multi-hit skill..
I was questioning the pegasus, it's one that I'd sit somewhere between A and S imo. TWD having bunker, which negates crits, along with a second skill, imo makes them not "overrated". Pair any TWD with a HVIP and you have a killing machine with no weakness. Multi-hit has the benefit or breaking shields, which can be incredibly useful, which is also the reason why when it's on dragons like arcanas that do dmg and healing, it can be an absolute pain to deal with. AoE multi team hits at the moment are outright broken right now because they negate phoenix perk. If they didn't negate phoenix rn, it would be a different story
Should I e 5 my blood god max perk or try e 4 my spike claw for the spike event and will be using him in battles
I love BGV but I'd go with claws because of that quest in about a month. Quills is better if you also have him, especially skinned. Skinless it's close, depends on the elements you need. You'll get spiked insignias and around 400 extra orbs of claws at E4
where would you put the High master karma dragon? although he has the same karma ability as the others he also has 2 extra abilities that the rest don't, or would he still be same as the other karma?
In my opinion the revive redemptions should go higher, yes they only revive but this can be deadly if you, lets say have an e5 hvip and it dies, all you need to do is pop in your redemption and then get the hvip back
with the bug rn, kinda less reliable now. but they probs still should go higher

The problem about spike skills is that it needs 3 turns to cool down unlike vampire 2 turns
That isnt a problem because the block is like a skip turn and the reflect is insane against strong opponents. They can one or two hit KO the best HVIPs They’re probably the best VIP family right now.
What do you think about spiked hvip's second skill? I hope theyll not put berserk again. Also what perks should i use on spiked claw? Im just usin phoenix rn
We'll see about that one when it releases, plus he'd go into the HVIP video, not the mythicals and legends video. People are still debating spiked perks and I haven't had a chance to mess around with that myself yet
@@ramons3637 personally I'd go with Phoenix + Reapers. Damage + Reapers is also an option on every spike except raptor because it helps them deal more setting up the barrier, could finish off an opponent and reflect the next one more efficiently. Ideally they won't get hit so health is not as useful as it is on a guard, twd or karma imo
What about the rebirth dragon? I just got it,is it good?(it is my first mythical dragon,only been playing for 4 days now)

@@cubation9254 Yes. You got an upper hand if your dragon has skill let alone the elements being countered.
Probably a personal bias, but Light & Pure Titans' speed and shields paired with a slower dragon allow me to get 2-3 hits on a Karma before it can hit back - often hitting into the shield when it does. I argue that Light & Pure Titans belong in C tier instead of D.
That’s specifically for some of the karmas that have base element primaries. Against fragmented, grace, ambition, and master karma they definitely don’t really have a chance.
Parliament at C and Praetor at B is a crime imo. Even time steal outshines the praetor skill
I blanked out during this video and missed this. How are those ascendeds with intervention in b lol. Their skill sucks and is way too situational like Eternals.
@@ALTACOUNT-fe1pe Not true, because phoenix perk is currently bugged. As stated in the video, any "aoe team damage" or secondary damage hits completely negate phoenix activation (on opponents not in the current battle slot). So, you pack on the dmg perks and go full blitz with these lvips and they can negate another dragon coming back completely. If this wasn't a bug, this would change the ranking, but this has to be considered as this actually makes a huge impact in arena battles currently.
I'd rather they just fix it, of course, but we don't live in that world right now.
@@quackalakes I am aware of the bug, Interventions still suck. Their skills are situational, without it they're just regular legends. Their AoE only works if it's the final hit and you have way better options available. Idk how they're supposedly the same tier as raptor, Rageroot etc. just because they may or may not potentially break a Pheonix perk.
@@ALTACOUNT-fe1pe But that's the thing, you bring them in as finishers, similarly to berserkers. They don't have to be your first and primary damage dealer as long as they're there to clean up. Many time you'll be in battles with enemies sitting at a hit or two, and they can be used in these situations.
@@quackalakes that's what I just said, their skills are situational. Unlike berserkers or even Extractors they don't gain anything from finishing off an opponent. Without the intervention skill they are regulars, worse than Cosmic, Deluge and some other skilled arena dragons. Shield Breakers might even be better for that role than those ascended dragons

I agree especially skinned. But spikes, berserkers, guards, Ascendeds and arcanas all great right now in terns of legendaries

As stated in the video I think 3 times, I don't think any of the TWD are a different rank to the other. They all have bunker, which is their primary usage. Yes their secondary skills are used also, but their secondary skills aren't the reason they'd get A/S tier. Crit negation and damage reduction when paired with say a HVIP is incredibly good
why is everyone hating on greedy vamp, the copy skill is mad every time im against a hvip os any dragon with a skill i pretty much have that skill and better, bunker and guard gets copied for free and its really like having all the vips in one :D

@@d34thd4y4 it's not that situational. He can copy almost any active skill with slightly more damage and his arenas are filled with good vips. Ascendeds(only damages deity but it's mainly about the AoE heal so still usable against others), Arcanas(only damages fool and HAJ), Guards/TWDs, Spikes, Redemptions etc. Only a 2 turn cooldown which is lower than most of those skills. And then he has his leach, his copy even makes him useful in dark where everything crits him. Not the best vamp but undoubtedly top 4/5
I’m pretty sure she just put it low because you could just use a frostling dragon with a pheonix perk (and damage perks for good measure), but it’s not the same, but I’m not gonna rant over how a vip is better than a litteral free no effort dragon
Because the AI is bad. This does mean in some cases you can try to push the AI into using a specific skill, but sometimes the AI is just very bad and wouldn't use what it probably should. If the AI was better, I'd put him higher, as stated in both this video and the last video I made.

I compared my dragon city with my friend's and I only have 1 option in dragon tv and he has 3. Also when hatching eggs he can watch ads to reduce the time and I never get the ads option. how can I fix this
Log in for 21 days first, then full dragon tv should unlock. Some f2p players get the option to skip egg timers with ads.
Greedy at C? He is a easily a top 5 vampire if you don't take elements into account

Greedy is unreliable due to bad enemy AI. As stated in the video, I'd place him higher if the AI actually worked or if we actually played against real opponents.
In some cases it's possible to force the AI into specific skill usage, but this normally only happens if you have the elements on your dragons there to bait their skill usage, so doesn't always work.
@@quackalakes bit unfair to judge a dragon based on it's AI. There's plenty of other dragons like Revive redemptions, spikes and guards etc. who don't perform nearly as well as they do with an actual player because the AI can't swap out or strategize with them.
All of his arenas are filled with VIPs he can copy, his skill is always available because it only has a 2 turn cooldown and he has his leach. There's a reason why so many people have 5 star Greedy and Iced Sea dragons in those Masters arenas, they'll only get better with time when more VIPs are released
@@ALTACOUNT-fe1pe No, it's not unfair to judge them based on the CURRENT state of the game, which is what matters when we're talking usage ranking.
The difference is, we the player are using these dragons and have to use them based on a clunky AI system. When an opponent has a guard or spiked dragon and doesnt use the skill, that's good for us as the player and wouldn't change the dragon ranking, however it does change the dragon ranking when we are using the dragon and trying to react to an AI that is not going to use skills correctly. There's a very important difference here that shouldn't be ignored.
As I stated, IF, and only if the enemy AI was fixed so that enemy dragons actually used their skills reliably would I place him higher. So yes, I understand the potential that the dragon has, 100%, I said previously he could be borderline one of the best dragons in the game in theory if we consider how things would go in PVP, but we don't live in that realm. I'd rather focus on the actual, current game rather than a theoretical timeframe that we may never experience. I think it's a massive shame for the dragon, but bad AI makes it unreliable.
@@quackalakesyeah I see you’re point. But I think The enemy ai is meant to be that they don’t actually expect you to come in with a high tier legendary and just delete the opposing dragons. The enemy ai actually knows how to exploit greedys weakness.
Nooo, I believe the eternals mythic are pretty good, that extra turn when enemy is 15% life or below is huge 😢
Brooo, Maeve is the worst berserker that swap skill makes Rageroot arguably the best berserker it compliments his primary.
Mr. Crabs, like his design but he only deals 120% damage with his second skill if it's not 5 hits it's less damage than a regular hit.
Spikes are all s tier, a tier at the lowest if you want to put the skilled ones in their own tier.
Deadlock is a lower tiered dragon vamps and corrupted are almost extinct and without it it's a regular. Only slightly better than plasma Lvips.
Twds are equal to guards that skill doesn't do enough to put them a tier above guards here imo.
Perception in A tier is crazy, still a top dragon in most of his arenas. I get he has a weak wind arena but still op in the other ones.
Revive redemptions are kinda bugged not as good as the no remorse ones and worse than guards and Ascendeds in support imo. I'd personally put them in the same tier as the other redemptions.
Ascendeds with sacrifice are upper A or S tier, twds aren't better than them best supports in the game because of their healing capabilities + AoE damage
Karmas are S tier but not gonna argue here. 25% chance to dodge.
Corrupted in S is absolutely ridiculous it's literally a titan with a leach, especially considering where you placed guards, Ascendeds, karmas etc. It's c tier at best. If the top vamps are lower I might throw up lol. I like legend he's a tank but there's no chance he's above b tier at most.
Greedy is a top 5 vampire, anywhere in the top 5 except 1st really. He shares arenas with Ascendeds, arcanas and guards, spikes etc, his skill has a 2 turn cooldown and can copy almost any active skill except extra turns. He's even useful in his dark arena. It's a broken skill.
Envious is the worst vamp, no survivors sucks
Bgv is easily the best vamp, one of the best in all of his arenas. Sinful is outclassed and obliterated in wind so only has 3 arenas like prideful and greedy. 2nd probably Hexed. Putting corrupted over them is ridiculous, putting it in s is insanity
the normal redemptions are like b or c tier
@@IrumaA-y8jyeah, the revive is nice but only 1 dragon, I don't think it's worth sacrificing a spot for personally. Ascendeds heal a ridiculous amount and deal a good amount of damage, guards/twd 60% block for 3 turns is also better imo for a support.
@@SW51299 yep but if u have norn ur set cus she is pretty good and can damage all opponents like knockoff ascended
raptor would definitely not be s tier. His shield is super underwhelming compared with rest of the spikeds, and he also has no second skill to make up for this, so i'd leave him at B, even with skin, because it's still not that good. Leatherback would probably be A without skin, and I'd probably still keep him there with skin and the rest would be S
@@d34thd4y4takes 0 damage and reflects 90% of the damage same as every other spiked, about maybe 120% with the skin only quills has a better reflect with his skin. Only difference is his skill doesn't do damage, he's the only spiked in the wind Arena. Could stay that way depending on the Hvip

@@quackalakes weak damage + most of the additional skills are bad whilst having a shield is good to reduce damage for 3 it doesnt deserve to be S tier thats just my opinion tho
@@defnot_fx The additional skills are not "bad". Some are better than others, but for those such as Michonne, cooldown on second skill is very very low and means you can take out a team full of shields in one hit. They each have their own uses, and this gives them more versatility than guard. It's not just "reduce damage", it negates all critial hits. That is absolutely insane on a dragon that normally has to worry about counters in their arena. use TWD bunker, swap into HVIP and then you have a crit negated, damage negated killing machine.

This might be the worst tier list I've ever seen overall tbh. There's some crazy takes, bio and envious not being last and greedy being near the bottom is one of them. I think her last one was actually better.

@@IrumaA-y8j envious has the worst vampire skill by far lol. he has a low damage shield breaker AoE, even against a solo opponent it does less than a normal hit. His arenas are also garbage

Pegasus is better than claws overall only slightly worse than quills skinned because of that reflect. No spike should be lower than a tier
i'd say claws is better, partly because he's mythic meaning better stats overall, and his skill is also still pretty good, especially when skinned can do some good dmg.
@@d34thd4y4 Pegasus does more damage, has better arenas, better 2nd skill, slightly better primary skill(more damage) and skinned it's not even close. Only thing claws has over it is more health
