    When you can’t find the blocked culvert, have you ever tried to use several sections of pole from the exit end to try to poke a hole in opening in order to locate it.

Just and observation, trying to help, much love💜

    The only way to get those rocks removed completely is by hand and being very careful when there is a strong whirlpool running. You can be pulled into the culvert and be unable to get out. I've watched quite a number of experts do this work and it is usual to get maybe one or two rocks with the rake but not much more. Sand will be sucked out by the water of course. You guys do a good job, better than some of these men I've seen.

  • @LadyFigment
    @LadyFigment Год назад +4

    Suggestion: Find an Old, strong pair of Tin Snips. You might be able to use them in Reverse to force open pinched culverts. Maybe even a mid-sized crowbar for those irritating Rocks in the exits. Just a thought.

    Probably best to use a hammer and chisel to break up that big rock stuck in the end of the culvert.
    Once the mass is reduced to 2 or more smaller pieces it will be much easier to remove.

Have you ever tried metal detecting at all? Might find so.e culverts, might find some treasure!
