Good video, do you have a video where you replace the cam hole plugs? I have a 1999 Vulcan nomad 1500, cam plug are leaking and the rocker gasket as well
you will never need to scrape this gasket off again, and you will be able to reuse it over and over, if.. you get a can of rust, oleum, silver aluminum paint. Open the can and scrape the thick paste from the bottom of the can. Work that end to both sides of the gasket and put it on wet. Don’t shake the paint can, don’t stir it. Do you want that goo at the bottom that is loaded with aluminum.. That gasket will not stick to either surface and will come off in one piece. That was a service bulletin from Honda to all the Honda dealerships back in the 1970s when I was a Honda motorcycle mechanic. I have been using that same 1 quart can of rust oleum aluminum paint since the 1970s to seal paper gaskets. I have never had to replace the gasket or scrape a gasket that I treated with that aluminum paint. That came in handy on my 4 Moto Guzzi motorcycles over the decades, because I adjusted the valves every 2000 miles, requiring removal of the valve covers! Sometimes once a month. I never had to buy a second set of golf, cover, gaskets, or do any scraping.

Wenn ich die deckelschrauben ab drehe sollte ich auch die Silikon dichtung erneuern.
Did you have to drop the engine?
As you know, top-end leakage solution can't be done without lowering the engine.
What model year?

Kawa ist einfach nur Mist . Für so wenig Arbeit den Motor ausbauen 🤦🏻♂️🙄
