A fine example of why parents should never discourage their children from pursuing a career in music (actual music, not manufactured). The world needs more Great musicians.

Much love for Andys playing. Hes such a humbling and humble guitar player. Back in the days of danger danger you got a taste of his amazing melodic and fierce runs I realized that Satriani and Vai werent the only mind blowing guitar players. His playing has been so inspirational to me and my playing. And Andys "keep it simple" emails back when he had his earthlink account resonated in me to find that melody in simple patterns.
Again much love for this guy and his skills.

Please release this as a single, it was so melodic and so inspiring I can't stop playing it and it deserves to be made into a full song. It moved me spiritually and that does not happen often ! I shall be checking out Andy's full catalogue and checking out Jason also :-)

I remember watching a RUclips clip of him cutting heads with Via & Satch , and the look on Joe's face as Andy lets loose with some of his playing that night was really fun to watch . A truly gifted & talented musician .

Thanks for all these videos, Jason! Really interesting to see how my favorite guitar players think. It wasn't really surprising how Brett Garsed and Allen Hinds would approach changes, but I guess it's my first time listening to Andy Timmons really break down his playing. Not a lot of people know about Andy's jazz university background.

OMG the volume level of.the BB and AT pedals! Andy must boost the clean channel when gain pedals are off.
I think that's what he does with that compressor of his. He barely uses compression by keeping it turned down, but uses the remainder of the pedal for a clean boost

Satch is always on Top of my list, he always amazes me as well as Andy Timmons and Jeff Beck! There are soo many Great Players that are not even famous however that also deserve to be on Top! However, these 3 Guitar Artists are on the Top my immediate Soulful Guitar Players List! IMO
@@lvgeorge it intrigues me when people say that Satriani is on top. I can see how his music is extremely touching and appeals to wider audience but guys like Andy are guitarist's guitarist. It's subjective but it actually makes me listen to Satriani deeper when people say he is their favorite.
I mean there's not really anything that makes this style of playing unique.. it's great guitar playing. But if you'd blindfold me and show me anything else of his I'd not be able to tell it's Timmons. With Vai, Petrucci and Satriani you immediately know who's playing
