I have one Q. I am confused about when to use city drive and eco drive?
Keep it simple. Use city mode when you know vehicle speed will increase or decrease based on traffic. Use eco mode when there is no traffic and speed can remain constant.
Why you have changed spark plug?
Better Pickup, Lesser vibrations and Iridium Spark plug working life is longer.
