Sarah LaFleur is the Founder & CEO of M.M.LaFleur. Sarah founded M.M.LaFleur in 2013 with a mission to help women take the work out of getting dressed, so they can focus on the work that matters to them. Since starting M.M.LaFleur, Sarah and the brand have been recognized on Forbes’ CircleUp25 list of the most innovative brands, WWD’s 40 of Tomorrow list, Crain’s 40 under 40, Fashion Group International’s Rising Star Award, and Inc.'s Design Awards. Prior to founding M.M.LaFleur, she worked at Bain & Co. in New York and TechnoServe in South Africa. Sarah sits on the board of International Rescue Committee's Airbel Impact Lab and on the business advisory council of the New York Fed. Sarah graduated from Harvard University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Studies, and lives in New York City with her husband, their three babies, and their 85-lb pup, Ruggles.

I’ve recently discovered this brand, while it is very pricey, they have the colors, the classical styles that still look modern, the details like buttons inside a zippered pant. I love seeing women that took charge of a gap in the market and I can’t wait to purchase from this brand
