awesome video. those low wool, mostly acrylic/poly sweaters will be soft at first but after wearing and washing they will look crusty and worn out. the all wool pieces can get softer and less itchy over time and retain quality
I find acrylic to be one of the worst fabrics. just not worth spending ANY money on imo. I’m totally disappointed in this collection both in terms of fabrication and style.
@@machupikachu8349 that's how they make a lot of money. put a little bit of wool in it for marketing it like a wool garment, and sell it at wool prices but with acrylic material

Really surprised to see the souffle yarn sweater sell out that quickly in the EU. I thought it was nice but not THAT nice. Interested to see if it also sells out in the US
It did(I’m from the US). It launched at 0800 for me, and by 1000 it was gone in all 3 colors and all sizes. For some reason the jeans were the next completely sold out item. I really thought the jeans would sit because you can still buy the U Color Jeans, but no. JWA jeans got gobbled up.

Super bummed when I saw the composition of just about every piece...such a waste of pretty designs imo. I dont want clothing that is meant to help regulate a nice temperature , be a bunch of synthetics that dont breathe.
Fair enough! I think I've come to accept that clothing nowadays will have synthetic in it especially if it’s on the affordable side. If the products are on the premium side, then I would definitely avoid.
@@kevinauyeung8 Thats a good viewpoint. I just think that things like 8% wool is almost insulting and only done so you can market it as "wool blend". Synthetics in t-shirts I dont mind as much but for things that are supposed to regulated temps more for winter/fall it doesnt make as much sense.

China is actually quite premium now a days. Labour cost and currency exchange rate sky rocketed and most people in China want to work in tech. Vietnam and Bangladesh have taken over China as the cheap manufacturing countries. However China still has that misconception of being cheap and poor quality.
@irie There is so much misinformation about China and Chinese goods. you do know that everyone wanted to trade with China in the 19th century for the finest silks and teas and porcelain in the world, right? and then used imperialism to invade the country for their resources? what we see in the west is mostly the cheaply made goods from China bc the amazing things of very high quality like the BYD cars for example have outrageous tariffs on them bc they would out-compete domestic cars. making a blanket assumption that everything made in China is not good is ignorant. If you are shopping from a high street fast fashion retailer like Uniqlo and their production is coming from a Chinese factory that makes cheaper clothing rather than one of their more high end factories, blame that on capitalism and not China itself.
