Only other contestant from the past seasons who is in a similar lane and has gone really far is Daniel Shaw. Otherwise these artists don't get the recognition they deserve.
There were moments when he sounded like John Mayer. Song choice very well represents. His style is simply raw/natural and the effect on the coaches says it all.

I wondered how I would play?? it took a few months but my determination and an open mind led me to begin doing both guitar and drums on the one instrument. It was great and I felt so free. I've never seen anyone else do that and was buzzed all over with Nicks performance. When I saw Nick Cunningham play with such grace and perfection (the way I've played everything through life but lately the confidence had gone) He not only cemented that there is always a different way. But he gave me back the confidence I had lost. I know Nick will go a long way and good luck my friend... I have just become your biggest fan. Thank You Nick and Rita Was The Right Choice WoW!
