There is no such thing as no console required this is a subscription ultimate game pass you can do on your on TV or IPad iPhone or even PC Microsoft just added Amazon now but without the console you can’t play all the games that gets released day 1 that wasn’t included on ultimate game pass where is tekken 8 still not on game pass what about dragon ball sparking zero that won’t be included so yes you need the console to play these games if you decide to buy these games I just love how they call it no console required when you need it I don’t buy my games digital until the all the DLC are included and the game goes on sale for $19.99 like tekken 7 ultimate that’s supposed to cost $119 went on sale for $19.99 save $100 that’s when I buy my digital games and put my physical copies away
