You should be able to use a usb c dongle (3.5mm to usb c adapter). If You want to use your usb c for charging - you will need an OTG cord/cable. Then you will connect your usb c cable to the OTG then to the OTG port of the sound card
I have a problem. When connecting the console to a cellular device to transmit it is not possible, use adapters but you cannot hear all the effects that I use or the console microphone.
Having same issue I can hear everything but when I go live other people can’t hear me I hear myself in headphones but they hear me from my phone speaker as if I was talking directly from it they can’t hear music nor effects so lost might just return it . Just ordered an adapter iphone OTG see if that’s the problem .

Yes not all adapter works. Most are only as headphone and won’t work for Recording. I bought mine from Apple Store. To hook up a Bluetooth headphone, is the same as hooking up a Bluetooth speaker. Here is a video for you ruclips.net/video/nkBVz1CZu-o/видео.html

You will need 2 devices. Connect your phone you use for calling/receiving call to live 1 or 2. Connect the other device to Record your conversation - from the earphone/headphone of the Maono to the headphone port of that device or use another lightning adapter if you’re using another iOS device that does not have a headphone port- then open voice recording app or camera on video- then record.

There should be a way, if that's what you want. If you have an audio splitter from your phone so you can hear while the other audio output from your phone is connected to the AUX IN of the Maonocaster E2. Then connect your maonocaster e2 to the computer then open audacity then select the maonocaster e2 as your source of your audio so audio from your phone call will be connected to audacity and you can record in the audacity while on the phone.
It depends on the mic. What I’ve noticed using a condenser mic connected to xlr port is super loud than bm800 condenser mic connected to Mic2. Now using a dynamic mic connected to xlr port, don’t forget to switch at the back to dynamic mic. In my opinion dynamic mic connected to xlr port has a great quality while condense mic is too loud that you can’t move the mic close to you or out you will peak. Mic connected to mic 1 is a decent clean sound but not as powerful as mic connected to xlr port

Yes, as long as you use a lightning headphone adapter from the Apple store. Not from Apple store, I can't guarantee it it works. You will only hear but most likely will not work for recording or streaming.

I can’t see on the picture online of it has a headphone port. That’s the only n I know how to connect it however without I don’t know yet what adapter works. Please tell me if it has a headphone port so I’ll send you a video instruction to connect.

Hello tried to go live I can hear everything from my headphones everything sounds perfect but when I go live they can not hear my music or me taking from mic I have iPhone 11 can it be the adapter I’m using ? I even put it on Bluetooth bunt put my tablet android for background music and it only works if I Bluetooth but still when I’m streaming they hear me but if if I was taking to them from my phone .
For recording on tiktok then post, yes it’ll work. I think it’ll work for live streaming also however I can’t do a test yet coz I’m not qualified yet to go live having 700 followers @jenuds1
Most likely what they hear is the built in mic from your phone. First make sure everything are plugged in properly. Check if the RECORD volume is on high. If yes, but still no audio on your recording/ streaming, most likely it’s the phone adapter issue as some adapters like the ones I bought from other store you can only hear all effects BUT WILL NOT WORK for Recording/Streaming. I bought my lightning and usb c adapter from the Apple Store and that’s what I’m using for my videos. If you can’t buy from Apple Store try adapter which supports calling coz someone commented before that’s the other option but I can’t guarantee as I have not tried it.

A quick question: How can I control the voice of those with me in a live broadcast? I mean when they are playing with me, how can I control their voice and its balance in my headphone? Is this possible, because I do it in the V8s sound card, but I cannot do it in the Maonocaster S6?
I have an ame2 sound card, but no matter what I do, the noise never goes away. I always get a noise from the microphone. Ame2 is a nice xlr cable and I use PD200x, please help me.
PD200x is a dynamic mic. In between Mic2 and INST there is a switch. Switch it to dynamic (middle)-do a test then try also the next one towards INST and see which sounds better.
Yes both come through to the phone. It depends on the streaming platform to used. For example if FB or you tube streaming, after you live stream you have the option to save or delete it for FB or save it then download it later for your record.
Hello! I'm trying to compare the interface of your maono e2 vs the in the official store of maono however I noticed that the reverb knobs are not the same as the ones in store. Why is that? The reverb knobs don't have the depth and delay anymore. It was replaced with a pitch knob instead. I wonder why?

Most likely it’s the lightning adapter issue. If you’re using the wrong one (headphone adapter only), you will only hear it but will not record. For me easy way is to do is screen record kung mayron po kayong power point or software na pwede magscreen record like filmora. Using audacity parang complicated po yta. Kc zoom on same laptop then audacity being open, don’t know yet po how to route audio out from zoom call to udacity. Sensya na po

We’re you’re using a large diaphragm condenser mic via xlr port of the E2? If so, Mic volume control is Mic 1. If you’ve used other mic port, volume control is mic 2. You may turn monitor volume up so you can hear thru your speaker. If you’re recording or streaming make sure to turn on Monitor AUX up as of it’s low audio output will be low as well even if mic volume is high.
If you meant you can charge your phone while recording/streaming - for iPhone is lightning camera adapter. For android almost same as lightning camera adapter except usb c on one end instead of lightning.
Check first if the OUTPUT volume is on high. Can this be used to do karaoke? trying to use this for karaoke, connected to a receiver sound system and later a portable speaker and I'm getting terrible feedback on both if I turn the volume up to even hear it!? watched your video on the maonocaster lite setup to do karaoke, seems like this upgraded version should be able to do that, but perhaps not?
You should be able to connect a receiver/amplier sytem for karaoke. Condenser mic is super sensitive so I can only recommend placing the speaker away from the mic.

Yes you can also connect to mic 1 using 6.35mm. It’s good if you can also buy 6.35mm female to 3.5mm male adapter so you can also connect to the AUx input. Connecting to mic 1 could be too loud but adjust the volume from maono e2 or from your keyboard

Hi, can you help me with my little problem? I would like to buy MAONO AME2 or MAONO AU-AM100-K0, but I want microphone Rode NT1. Can I use this combination or it is better to use microphone from Maono. I think does not matter, but I do not know. Is there any major difference between the microphone from Maono (AU-PM320T) and Rode (NT1)? I make videos on youtube (just the spoken word) and I also want to record a podcast. Thank you.
If you will be using a Rode NT1 mic, I suggest, you should get the Maonocaster E2 at it has an XLR port unlike the lite version which doesn't have that port. I am not very technical however I noticed whenever I used my RODE NT1A mic, words are more clearer than using my other microphones. Anyway, it's up to you to decide. Hello, love the videos! Quick question though.. I’m wondering if it’s possible to simply record on the device and upload to a laptop on computer? Then upload to a podcast stream service such as Anchor? I currently use a spare phone to record on the Anchor app and upload directly through the app itself but I’m interested in this product but I’m not sure how compatible they would be if at all. Thanks. I am not yet familiar with Anchor streaming. So I can’t tell you yet if they are compatible. But for sure you can use this console to record your podcast to your phone or laptop then upload it to most of streaming platform.

That’s more easier then for just saving an audio file then upload it. You can use voice memo for iPhone and voice recorder for android. For voice memo, after you recorded an audio file to can share it right after.
I used the device connected to a macpro through the usb port and tried to perform a live on my iphone while recording the live on the macbook but I couldn’t. No sound on Iphone do you know what’s happening?

When I play my Sound Bite keys to record in my live video or any recording video for that matter, they barely come through as being recorded in the video, or not at all. Any ideas of what is going on ?

hi mam! i bought the same soundcard and i intend to use it for recording song cover, i am using mobile phone for the background music and another phone for the video ,had followed how you connects the cable and devices but when i watch my video there is no sound recorded that came from the soundcard.but i can hear the music and the mic through the headphone.had set the volume knob on high.yet no audio at all.
What phone did you use to record? Did you use an adapter to record like lightning adapter for iPhone or b USB C for android? If Yes, most likely that is the issue.

It could be the adapter. I used lightning adapter from Apple Store and it works great. Where I used lightning adapter (does not supports calling) not from Apple Store, didn’t work. I also bought adapter from other site (supports calling) it works but audio output is not stable. It sounds live radio which audio is up and down
Supposed to be the same idea with The Maonocaster Lite however when I tested it, the audio from the other line (caller or the person you called) seems to be distorted and not clear. I am not sure if it’s because my internet signal is weak. Feel free to test it yourself. If it’s not the wifi ussue, and if I figure other set up, for sure I’ll be making video on it.
You can’t record it to the same camera you’re using. Normally after your streaming, there is an option of you would like to post it, save it or delete it. You can save it or if you post it in public or private then you can save it whenever you want.

I have a problem. When connecting the console to a cellular device to transmit it is not possible, use adapters but you cannot hear all the effects that I use or the console microphone.
I used usb c and lighting adapter from apple store and they work. Are you using iPhone or android?
Did you try to record and no effects or you can’t hear effects when testing it? It could be the type of mic also.

Having same issue I can hear everything but when I go live other people can’t hear me I hear myself in headphones but they hear me from my phone speaker as if I was talking directly from it they can’t hear music nor effects so lost might just return it . Just ordered an adapter iphone OTG see if that’s the problem .

You will need 2 devices. Connect your phone you use for calling/receiving call to live 1 or 2. Connect the other device to Record your conversation - from the earphone/headphone of the Maono to the headphone port of that device or use another lightning adapter if you’re using another iOS device that does not have a headphone port- then open voice recording app or camera on video- then record.

There should be a way, if that's what you want. If you have an audio splitter from your phone so you can hear while the other audio output from your phone is connected to the AUX IN of the Maonocaster E2. Then connect your maonocaster e2 to the computer then open audacity then select the maonocaster e2 as your source of your audio so audio from your phone call will be connected to audacity and you can record in the audacity while on the phone.

It depends on the mic. What I’ve noticed using a condenser mic connected to xlr port is super loud than bm800 condenser mic connected to Mic2. Now using a dynamic mic connected to xlr port, don’t forget to switch at the back to dynamic mic. In my opinion dynamic mic connected to xlr port has a great quality while condense mic is too loud that you can’t move the mic close to you or out you will peak. Mic connected to mic 1 is a decent clean sound but not as powerful as mic connected to xlr port

Most likely what they hear is the built in mic from your phone.
First make sure everything are plugged in properly. Check if the RECORD volume is on high. If yes, but still no audio on your recording/ streaming, most likely it’s the phone adapter issue as some adapters like the ones I bought from other store you can only hear all effects BUT WILL NOT WORK for Recording/Streaming. I bought my lightning and usb c adapter from the Apple Store and that’s what I’m using for my videos. If you can’t buy from Apple Store try adapter which supports calling coz someone commented before that’s the other option but I can’t guarantee as I have not tried it.

I have an ame2 sound card, but no matter what I do, the noise never goes away. I always get a noise from the microphone. Ame2 is a nice xlr cable and I use PD200x, please help me.
PD200x is a dynamic mic. In between Mic2 and INST there is a switch. Switch it to dynamic (middle)-do a test then try also the next one towards INST and see which sounds better.

Yes both come through to the phone. It depends on the streaming platform to used. For example if FB or you tube streaming, after you live stream you have the option to save or delete it for FB or save it then download it later for your record.
Hello! I'm trying to compare the interface of your maono e2 vs the in the official store of maono however I noticed that the reverb knobs are not the same as the ones in store. Why is that? The reverb knobs don't have the depth and delay anymore. It was replaced with a pitch knob instead. I wonder why?
You are right. I just found out now. That must be the updated one. Don’t know yet why they changed it.

For both, you don’t need to connect an earphone or headphone for monitoring? You can connect an external speaker if you would like.

If you just want to record, set up is the same. Instead of opening YT or FB live, open built in camera or recording app of one of your device for recording then call someone with your cellphone and record thru the other device

For me easy way is to do is screen record kung mayron po kayong power point or software na pwede magscreen record like filmora. Using audacity parang complicated po yta. Kc zoom on same laptop then audacity being open, don’t know yet po how to route audio out from zoom call to udacity. Sensya na po

We’re you’re using a large diaphragm condenser mic via xlr port of the E2? If so, Mic volume control is Mic 1. If you’ve used other mic port, volume control is mic 2. You may turn monitor volume up so you can hear thru your speaker. If you’re recording or streaming make sure to turn on Monitor AUX up as of it’s low audio output will be low as well even if mic volume is high.

If you meant you can charge your phone while recording/streaming - for iPhone is lightning camera adapter. For android almost same as lightning camera adapter except usb c on one end instead of lightning.

Can this be used to do karaoke? trying to use this for karaoke, connected to a receiver sound system and later a portable speaker and I'm getting terrible feedback on both if I turn the volume up to even hear it!? watched your video on the maonocaster lite setup to do karaoke, seems like this upgraded version should be able to do that, but perhaps not?
You should be able to connect a receiver/amplier sytem for karaoke. Condenser mic is super sensitive so I can only recommend placing the speaker away from the mic.

Cloudvocal is very portable with different parameters for vocals effects you can set. Maonocaster E2 would be more user friendly in my opinion.

Yes you can also connect to mic 1 using 6.35mm. It’s good if you can also buy 6.35mm female to 3.5mm male adapter so you can also connect to the AUx input. Connecting to mic 1 could be too loud but adjust the volume from maono e2 or from your keyboard

Hi, can you help me with my little problem? I would like to buy MAONO AME2 or MAONO AU-AM100-K0, but I want microphone Rode NT1. Can I use this combination or it is better to use microphone from Maono. I think does not matter, but I do not know. Is there any major difference between the microphone from Maono (AU-PM320T) and Rode (NT1)? I make videos on youtube (just the spoken word) and I also want to record a podcast. Thank you.
If you will be using a Rode NT1 mic, I suggest, you should get the Maonocaster E2 at it has an XLR port unlike the lite version which doesn't have that port. I am not very technical however I noticed whenever I used my RODE NT1A mic, words are more clearer than using my other microphones. Anyway, it's up to you to decide. Then upload to a podcast stream service such as Anchor? I currently use a spare phone to record on the Anchor app and upload directly through the app itself but I’m interested in this product but I’m not sure how compatible they would be if at all. That’s more easier then for just saving an audio file then upload it. You can use voice memo for iPhone and voice recorder for android. For voice memo, after you recorded an audio file to can share it right after.
I used the device connected to a macpro through the usb port and tried to perform a live on my iphone while recording the live on the macbook but I couldn’t.

@@jenuds i tried several phones, vivo, oppo , and realme. i dont use any cable besides what's in the maono soundcard i had bought . tried in on the StarMaker apps and it works fine,but i wish to use it for recording as well. had not yet figured it out.. thank you for the reply ,😍

So na try nyo na po ba to open the built in camera ng phone by connecting TRRS (3 lines on both ends) nakasaksak sa headphone port ng phone to live 1 or 2 or 3 ng sound card. May nagmesasge po sa akin before na and Oppo phone-d na mention kung anong model d raw po compatible kaya ang ginawa niya nagdownload po sya ng Open Camera application. I don’t work for Maono. I only review and making video content on maono product. I also suggested to maono that it would be great if they can share the software comes with E2 to the Lite version for loading sound effects.

Check first if the OUTPUT volume is on high. If still no audio effects or audio not going into your phone, most likely it’s the phone adapter issue as some adapters like the one I bought from other store or online, I can only hear all effects but will not work for Recording/Streaming. I bought my lightning adapter from the Apple Store. Getting the right adapter most likely will solve your problem. If you can’t buy from Apple Store try adapter which supports calling coz someone commented before that’s the other option.

It could be the adapter. I used lightning adapter from Apple Store and it works great. Where I used lightning adapter (does not supports calling) not from Apple Store, didn’t work. I also bought adapter from other site (supports calling) it works but audio output is not stable. It sounds live radio which audio is up and down

If you have tried the 2 headphone ports at the bottom and won’t work, you can try also connecting thru the Monitor SPK port on the other side.
Can I use instrument on it with echo and reverb?
I think if you connect the guitar to the mic input, I think you can add reverb to it.

Is the setup to take calls the same on this as in your Maonocaster lite video?
Supposed to be the same idea with The Maonocaster Lite however when I tested it, the audio from the other line (caller or the person you called) seems to be distorted and not clear. I am not sure if it’s because my internet signal is weak. Feel free to test it yourself. If it’s not the wifi ussue, and if I figure other set up, for sure I’ll be making video on it.

You can’t record it to the same camera you’re using. Normally after your streaming, there is an option of you would like to post it, save it or delete it. You can save it or if you post it in public or private then you can save it whenever you want.

i have Audacity on Laptop and connect with Usb cabel. My Handy is in Live Output 1.
But when i will recording by Audacity it is not working. Only my Voise is recording. I will calling a friend and he will Play a gitar and i wold like record it.
