I like the concept of this “coin pusher” sort of game. I can see how it draws people into keep playing. Happy you were able to win something though AJP
From my observation... If you see prizes close to the middle of the machine, that's probably the best time to play it. Since the balls drop out of the center either to left or right, that's where the highest concentration of balls go. Also yeah the wheels are likely rigged on a payout so you would just have to keep timing it right until it decides enough credits have been played to let it actually stop on the right spot. Also with how big that metal grill is at the drop edge, it's possible that larger prizes are actually easier to win than smaller. The smaller could literally sit on that metal grill and have marbles drop behind them, so that they aren't being pushed and are effectively just stuck.
I'm not felling this game. Not that great of prizes for the small chance at one of them dropping onto the playing field. Plus there's only one side the balls vend from which makes this game seem more rigged. Not worth it for the prizes and too much money needed to be spent to win one prize. Pearl Fishery is a pricey game and most of the time, it takes a bit to get to each type of Party Time in the game. That one is more worth playing again (having a full video on) than Over The Edge i.m.o.
