I remember asking mom how it’s fair evil people live longer & seemingly thrive. She told me “God doesn’t want them & the devil isn’t ready for them yet.” I’ve never forgotten that!

Stomach cancer sadly has such a low survival rate. I really admire her for living and dying on her own terms. Her family must be so proud of her 👼❤

I loved Michelle character. She brought more laughter to the show. She also reminded me of my best friend in high-school i remember her being sick at school she missed a week, i remember calling her to check on her and was told by her mother that she was in the hospital on life support do to stomach cancer. She was diagnosed 3 weeks prior to that conversation with her mother. My friend, who i loved dearly, passed away 2 days later.

As a healthcare worker... Stomach cancer is one of the most aggressive types of cancer. Chemotherapy is necessary. Unfortunately she made her choice. Sounds like she was Muslim or followed some of those doctrines. May she rest in peace 🤍

So sad. I had never heard about her not accepting all of the treatment options. I wish she had tried everything available. I really believe her career would have picked back up with good management-she could have fit right into so many shows/movies from back then and now. Without specific examples of things she turned down due to her standards, I won't delve into what caused the slump but wish she was here still showing us her talent today.

She was so beautiful and I just couldn't believe when she passed away. I loved her part as crazy Myra and she knows that she loved her some Steve Erkle 😂😂😂😂 and hated but at the same time she hated Laura because he was in love with her but at the same time he couldn't but of course we know that it all was her great acting skills and of course that's the case anytime she also had parts in the most famous soul propers to ever have aired and then a beautiful black woman. I'm just so happy that I got the term soul propers right because we always are saying shit out of our mouths but never really know the correct pronunciation of some of the words that we're saying. I'm just gonna be honest and let everyone know that I'm not the person in my blood family who doesn't or can't pronounce words correctly at all. I grew up with some illiterate people who doesn't know how to read or pronounce words correctly at all but at the same time gossip about our own family and whomever just so happens to walk well not me because I don't communicate with my extended family so I know nothing about what they have going on in their I just hope and pray that their happy and healthy. What does her getting cancer have to do work an evil industry again?? She didn’t actually get real treatment. Something aggressive as cancer should not be combated with natural remedies.

I vaguely remember Coretta Scott King doing the same, she went to Mexico or somewhere to get natural help but it was too late

@@SheIsFearfullyWonderfullyMade A lot of people reject chemotherapy because a lot of people still die even when they receive chemotherapy treatment. Chemotherapy is big business too. Though chemotherapy treatments have gotten better, the problem with chemo. is that is destroys the good cells along with the bad cells. Many people I know have chosen to live the last months or days without throwing up or just suffering from the effects of chemo. It really becomes about the quality of life in the end as people want to spend their final time with close friends and family.
