Hi Caleb! You saved me time and money today. I was going to get a water feed pole. Instead picked up a setup like yours. And yes, this technique worked perfectly.
Hello Caleb, I've been looking for the exact Unger product you were using to get those hard stains off. I can't seem to find anything like it anywhere. How can I find a tool like this?
I could teach an employee in one day how to clean windows like a pro. It would probably take like 3 days for them to get it down pact. Its not that hard bit also not easy. Love you’re content bro
All I use is Dawn and Water for solution. All products can be found at home depot/Lowes, and window cleaning resource online, or other window cleaning equipment websites
Also dawn dish soap, water, and white vinegar will do the job and you don’t have to do all the extra scrubbing. I just did a job like this last week. Knocked it out super fast
My windows are filthy and the company I used to use left my windows quite streaky. As though they were using dirty towels. I need to wash them and then use the squeegee. I have hard water and the pad will work wonders.
There are probably things you can add, yes. Although it depends how you want to work it, if the customers water causes a problem, then its not your fault, but its good to have remedies.
A Water Fed Pole is much easier and less messy. No need for all that stuff you were doing. Water fed hose go pass 200’ feet in length which raps around majority of homes and your done with less time and just rinse with clean pure water. Been cleaning windows now for 36 years with major accounts and no issues. Thanks for the video 🙇♂️
Water fed pole will not get hard water off windows, unless you use some special techniques! I was showing an easy technique with a low barrier to entry if you end up leaving hard water after a house wash. I totally agree with you though, thanks for the coment
You can combine traditionnal and waterfed pole. You detail and scrub traditionnally and aren't obliged to do and exquisite squidgee job, and then rinse and wash with waterfed pole that shoots 80-100 PSI Waterfed is good for windows that are already really clean. If you do a first clean in years with only a waterfed pole, good luck....
try some bleach neutralizer after the house wash also do not spray the solution straight onto the window avoid that also add some rinse additive to your house wash mix. what is house was mix. are you using that may the cause of the spotting as well. of course as well as mineral deposits. try using some apple wash I find this to work a lot better than cheaper products like laundry detergent and so forth. good luck.
Excellent video. What happens if they have screens on all the windows.

I hear that adding ebc glide to your house wash mix will prevent those spots. Just something I'm reading in the fb groups and other companies

still having trouple getting that stuff off my windows, lft over from the spinklers, even tried those green pads I use on pans
If the water spots are too baked on or have been sitting for years, youll need to use a chemical to get it off.
Try using CLR or Limeaway.
