MS k lye agr abe apply kr ln tu postpone krwa skte test?
And FCPS Nov k lye ju apply kia tu wo postpone ya centre change hu skta?

For FCPS part one you can apply for center change with extra fee, or Refund of fee. You can't postpone it.
For MS/MD you can't do any such thing.
