2013 impala. Very low power, not shifting to high gear, random electrical issuesfilters and fluids are fine. Reving to 3000 rpms at startup, any thoughts?

@@eltacopineda425it’s driving better and shifting gears but my speedometer don’t work.may have another issue possibly electrical cause I changed the vehicle speed sensor as well.I use the van daily as work vehicle.08 Chevy express.
@@Mysticlyonenterprisecheck the abs wires on the tires, my dashboard would kinda reset while I was driving- rpm, speedometer, transmission temp, radiator temp, battery voltage, and even the gas.
I have 07 3500 and my speedometer started working again after I changed the speed sensor on transmission
08 savana. I believe I have the same problem. Let me know if you find the solution.

Reseting transmission manualy need alot of time & steps it has to be cold and you have to drive the car on many different speeds it just pain..

@@Gruin Yes, it does reset TPS to TCM, and it is a "relearn", but it will NOT fix a underlying problem, if you have one. I should have clarified that in a later reply. So, yes, it does work, but only if you don't have an underlying problem.

this is what my 2015 gmc Sierra is doing, it will slip out of 3rd just briefly usually when I am accelerating slowly. this is after I replaced transmission ,did not have the issue before replacing the trans had something differant going on anyway since then I already one time had the TCM supposedly replaced (I wonder if they just re-set it....) it went for about 750 miles with zero issues then back to this odd slipping in 3rd thing again.very annoying and if left alone it just gets worse until I get check engine light and it will really start shift weird then. I am, afraid to even try to reset it . its under warranty but I dont trust this transmission place at this point looking to fix it myself or take somewhere else.curious to hear what yours is doing exactly ngiodsi@@weeniehitjr5527

I ended up getting a switch that connects to the foot gas pedal making more responsive. It helped a little but still get hard shifting once in a while.
