    unfortunately any pet store cage is too small, C&C play pens are better and you can get however many you want to make more space. like you said in the video they’re gonna grow so they tell need more space and they may need neutering if they aren’t already.

    I have 2 guinea pigs. U like kinda need to change then every 2-3 days depending how bad the cage is. But when you change them dont put it in the box becuase they will get scared. They need hay 24/7. The toys are alright but only put like 1 or 2 in so they can get used to them. With they playpen then u need to watch them because they could fit out the little holes. Dont hold them on their back becuase they could get scared and jump out your hands. If u hold them pick them uo and put it straight onto your chest. all im going to say is look over them for the next few days to make sure their alright. When the hay is in the cage then make sure its all over the wood. The water bottle ots alright if it leaks it will end up stopping and add the 2nd bowl on the bottom becuase they wont get used to going to the top straight away. If you have any question just ask x

    Please can you take the shavings away and give them lots more hay to burrow in, they are not good for Guinea Pigs. I made the same mistake with mine, but found out the oils in the pine can cause respiratory issues and skin problems. Some snuggle sacks would be good so the littlies can hold them safely, I'm happy to make you some and send them up to you.

    If they finish their daily amount of dried food that is absolutely fine and you should not top it up just because it is empty. They should always have access to hay though, so if you see it is getting low it need topping up.

    With the water bottle, fill it right to the top of the rim. Lid on and tip it over quickly that should cause enough suction to stop the leaking but some bottles will leak no matter what you do, I had Trixie bottles and they didn't leak too much but I've got friends that say they leak really badly its just trial and error to find one that's good. So excited for you.

  • @kerry3014
    @kerry3014 Год назад +10

    The bright coloured sticks are not good for them , also that cage will be too small , you need a c and c cage you can build it as big as possible they don't need more than on level to be happy but they need room for when they get the zooms. Fleece and bobble bath mats are better for their feet and better to clean up don't forget fresh salad and vegs each day good luck x

  • @snugglemonster1239
    @snugglemonster1239 Год назад +8

    Bigger cage that’s way to small way to small and fleece liners ppl make them online easy to find and rob and tons of research they are very high matince and get slot of health issues so u need to pay tons of attention for any health issues also they do bite and it hurts badly do tons and tons of looking information up
