It’s an interesting idea, but I’ve been a Lovecraft fan for 20 years, and I just don’t think Azathoth would be amused, driving one little human around...unless he was-perhaps-very, very high. Azo is more of a big-picture kind of bloke, y’know? Dreaming up whole Universes, etc.
Does that sound like something Azathoth would do though? He's nicknamed The blind, idiot God. He has no motive or direction. He's just an incomprehensibly powerful, cosmic horror which is why he's so scary. He could destroy all existence by accident. Meaningful possession to combat the Gods just seems too thought out.
What do you think happened to Andrew after that? Even though he was played dirty, I think, he's will could have been strong enough to make that never existed daughter real and get them back to human world. At least this is what I'd like to believe

Final thoughts: From the middle to the end the game was very badly done, all the cosmic horror was amazing, but the production went beyond laziness… Every small moment had a teleport where they only faded black, there wasn't even doors like the first TP from the beginning of the game, they only faded black on each puzzle. Also, puzzles were super weak. I know this was an indie studio but the laziness of not creating a smooth transition from puzzle to puzzle or from the void to the isle and the fact they put every time a fucking fade to black transition removed my immersion. The cosmic horror was on point tho.
The reason probably for the voice actors voices being off or strange is because they were recorded via phone. That was because Covid happened and they couldn’t record in studio so the voice actors called into the recording studio and that’s how the voice recordings were made. Maybe Covid changed the plans of the one person that worked on this game so in turn it was a bit rushed? All things considering I think it’s a interesting game to watch and play.

easy 5/10, amazing visuals that are outrageously impressive for the smaller sized team, but the story has almost no effect on the actual game and with the story removed, the game would feel practically the same. theres no real progression here story wise, its just you looking for your daughter for 20 minutes and then you follow the words of some random entity(s) until you get to the end where HEY, none of the past you aquired through lore (from the first 20 minutes) was real because...... why not i guess? the game mechanics are lame as all mess and most of the sprawling intense environments are ruined by having to stay turned backwards, firing a laser out of a pitch black triangle, towards an enemy that does not actually die. what a waste of amazing and elaborate environments. i wish i left the game feeling as intrigued as i went in, but honestly i never want to touch this wreck of a game ever again.

I saw this a year or two ago and finally have found it
AMAZIN'~
easy 5/10, amazing visuals that are outrageously impressive for the smaller sized team, but the story has almost no effect on the actual game and with the story removed, the game would feel practically the same. theres no real progression here story wise, its just you looking for your daughter for 20 minutes and then you follow the words of some random entity(s) until you get to the end where HEY, none of the past you aquired through lore (from the first 20 minutes) was real because...... why not i guess? the game mechanics are lame as all mess and most of the sprawling intense environments are ruined by having to stay turned backwards, firing a laser out of a pitch black triangle, towards an enemy that does not actually die. what a waste of amazing and elaborate environments. i wish i left the game feeling as intrigued as i went in, but honestly i never want to touch this wreck of a game ever again.
Pro gamer alarm 🚨
how many tentacles shall you encounter
Is this a PC or a console game
why this game that is one hour long feels bigger than games that are more than 10 hours long ?
can someone tell me who these monster are and what they represent?
Gotta read alot of HP lovecraft and the rest of the famous Cthulu mythos writers to even get half of it.
@@Danovio I'm ordering all of his books tomorrow. Don't make fun of me, but I legitimately never even knew that Cthulhu was created by an author, I thought it was some old sailors tale or something.
@@avacapone7572 hey i was the same as you dont worry, you wont regret it. If you remember me tell me what you think of his work
@@Danovio I will for sure. I'm gonna go subscribe to you just so I remember. ☺️
@@avacapone7572 theres good audio readins of his books too, just search on youtube its great.
