    I started using paan with turmeric and neem on an empty stomach on mornings and all my body aches have practically gone. I will be sixty five next year. But I am vegan for the last twenty years.

    पुराने लोग तो अपने पास पान और चुना का डिब्बा हमेशा साथ रखते थे ओर रोज़ खाते थे ... पहले के लोग पढ़े लिखे नही थे लेकिन वैग्यानिक गज़ब के थे

    Good information sure i will start using it. But one thing you told upper nd lower portion of pan should b removed as it is toxic ,but some experts suggests don't remove them as they are good for lowering cholesterol nd normalising the liver enzymes. Pl clarify me .Thank tou

      This is something new to me...will look into it...but according to ayurveda or as per our ancestors the upper and lower portion is to be removed as its toxic..

      Yes its good...but the amount you use daily should be very less...equal to grain of a rice...
