Full speech from Dr. Johnson
This is a very important debate and I will try to make my speech as short as possible. I congratulate the hon. Member for North West Leicestershire on raising this issue and on his determination to highlight the challenges that we are facing. On the one hand, we might have expected that the pandemic would shorten the lives of a number of our more frail citizens and thus have expected a fall in deaths post-pandemic, and we saw that. The ONS reported roughly 608,000 deaths in England and Wales in 2020, 586,000 in 2021, and 577,000 in 2022-that was higher than 2019 when there were about 531,000 deaths, so that does warrant further inspection. We expect a fluctuation year on year, and we also expect

the total number of deaths to increase year on year as the population increases and ages. We therefore look at the five-year average, and currently we are using 2017, 2018, 2019, 2021 and 2022 because of the outliers in 2020. Even then, it is unlikely that we will be exactly at the average, and we would expect some years to be higher or lower.
The ONS monthly mortality analysis shows that, in 2022, there were 32,000 more deaths than the five-year average, and in January to July 2023, there were 21,809 more. That equates to an annualised figure of around 37,000, but the figures appear to stop in July 2023. Would the Minister advise as to why the data series has been discontinued? It would be helpful if it were not. However, those are raw numbers and we must be cautious because, as the population ages and increases, so will the number of deaths. The ONS therefore uses the age-standard mortality rate, which has fluctuated month on month but is actually down for both 2022 and 2023 when compared with the five-year average. Overall, when adjusted for age and population size, the number of deaths is not excessive, given what we would expect.
We need to look further at the trends on age and the causes of death to see a fuller picture. Others will no doubt speak of rising cardiovascular disease in men, the late presentation of cancers or the rise in liver disease, but as a consultant paediatrician, I would like to focus on children. The National Child Mortality Database collates data on children’s deaths from nought to 18. Its latest bulletin from March 2023 shows that there were sadly 3,743 deaths to the end of that month, which is an increase of 8% on the previous year. Would the Minister comment on what investigation she is doing into the cause of that increased mortality and what is being done to prevent further deaths? The purpose of the child death overview panel is to investigate those deaths, but the average investigation is taking 392 days, with less than half completed in 12 months and a significant fall in the number being completed in 12 months. What is the Minister doing to improve that process?
One particularly distressing feature of child death data is that suicide or deliberate self-harm was a primary cause of death of children between 10 and 17 years, and looking at the data, it is getting much worse with children between 10 and 14. I understand that the Government are aware of those figures and are investing in mental health for children and improving online safety. I would be grateful if the Minister elaborated further on the steps they are taking to support children and prevent further tragedies.

For some time now, i have suspected a lot of the pro-jab (brain washed) made there kids get the jab.
When ever i ask the pro-jab (some aggressive towards me i might had) in forums " do you think kids should have the jab ", none of them would answer the question. I shared a post once, that showed only 1 in 2 million (i think) kids died from covid, they did not like that and just kept moaning for my covid forum to be shut down.
I wish I hadn’t given my son all those jabs at 2,3&4 months 😢I still remember him crying now 19 years later. We will never take another jab unless the benefit actually outweighs the risk
Our 28 yr old son has three friends whose new born babies have died unexpectedly within one week of birth. That's in Austria where they made life hell for those who wouldn't get the "jab". This is unforgivable.

My friend's 10 year old son died from sudden cardiac arrest. Previously healthy, active child.

My constituents have brought to my attention the erosion or deletion of their inalienable rights. Parliament has unlawfully and covertly fully repealed and partially repealed sections of the English Bill of Rights 1689. As the house is aware, this inalienable law originated from a convention parliament, not an ordinary one. When will the house acknowledge this significant historical error and nullify all repeals by any ordinary parliament of this inalienable law? Will the house recognize the English Bill of Rights 1689 as the absolute rights of Englishmen and women as previous parliamentarians have done? These two unlawful repeals have led to the misconception and wrongful assumption that parliament is sovereign. In reality, it is not. Parliament serves as the primary legislature, constrained by a constitution and the inalienable rights of the people. 1. The UK Public General Act 1867 unlawfully repealed section three of the Bill of Rights 1689 (access to historic laws). 2. The Statute Law Revision Act 1948 partially repealed section two of the Bill of Rights 1689. This partial repeal is the source of the misconception regarding parliamentary sovereignty.
These actions, among others, constitute a serious infringement of the Common Law of England. These repeals must be rendered void, and the inalienable rights - incorporeal rights - must be restored to the people. My constituents insist on asserting their rights as Englishmen and women.

I live in the U. S. My husband and son were both prepared to leave their jobs if they mandated the jab. Thankfully the companies realized that was not the way to handle this obscene government overreach. No one in our immediate family got the jab and we haven't been sick.

The part that saddens me with everyday people and maybe even my friends and some of my family they don't they want to just ignore what is going on here they don't even want to look at it and they asked me why am I paying attention to it should we just be numb😢
I lost my youngest to suicide in April of 22. He was the only one of my children to take the special government-recommended treatments and became very depressed shorly after. This is a known and reported effect of the treatment, but is rarely discussed.

I feel sorry for your loss. There are many causes of depression that can lead to suicide. Depression is not a known and reported effect of the vaccine. Vaccines do not cause depression!

Leadinng upto Xmas on a nice sunny day, I was pressure washing my daughters drive when I stopped to let a mother and daughter pass the entrance. The little girl said something to me, me being hard of hearing her mother repeated she's all excited, she's going for her flu jab, a grown man of 66 I could have cried.

If you were someone like myself with eyes wide open from the start then you could literally see the script playing out step by step. They romanced the masses with manipulative mind control, managing to coerce as they went along. In my view it’s nothing short of black magic. The fact that most people played along with it all is testament to the decades of grooming on their behalf.
Unfortunately the NHS is still promoting these inoculated substances.
I noticed a white NHS covid vaccination van outside my local supermarket the other day. There was thankfully nobody taking them up on their dubious offer, but I made a point of looking directly at the employees sat inside, shaking my head at them.They looked away. Everybody should make these people feel uncomfortable and shameful for continuing to do what they are doing.
The answer is NO!!! We the people have the control and the power to say NO.

Thats almost exactly what I say- unless I need a limb reattached! Such a shame because emergency medicine and drug intervention can be an incredible gift - the rest goes sideways and nefarious.

A dutch member of parliament (van Haga) asked in parliament if the "experts" also looked at other costs of the mandates/measures instead at purely protecting granny. Since children are in a developmental stage (literally up to age 25) they need social contacts, their friends at school, their grandparents etc. These mandates stopped them from doing so. As this paediatrician says, a large part of 8 to 14 year olds take their own life or damage themselves. There was nearly a million people immigration over a course of one year of the pandemic into the UK, most of these groups refused jab. I follow a Grassroots Football page, and numerous times a month they post "RIP" to some young kid who has passed away (usually under 16) but they never say what the CoD is.
