Due respect to Mayor Adams the commander in chief of the NYPD, and several top brass that are second in command. I would like to offer some advice to Chief Kemper if it's possible can you visit the different subway stations thoroughout the 5 boroughs? I am not indirectly assuming that your incapable of doing your job. But allow your physical presence to be know by many officers in the subway, inspite of your many job duties. Secondly for each subway stations that has a strong police presence, can you have 4 police officers patrolling each sides of the platform? My second advice and question are instead of having the officers leave the platform and riding the trains, can you arrange for 8 Police Officers to ride and patrol the train for the duration of their shift. 8 Police Officers Per train. I understand the department has certain protocol and I respect it. But please think about that the advice I offered. I am literally happy that subway commuters are requesting for more Police presence in the subway, but utilizing our officers constantly is a huge factor as well. I am aware of our officers consistently arresting repeated violent felons. However the NYPD should remain focus and effective as always when it comes to public safety. Thank you for your time and effort in providing safety for New York City subway commuters. Thank you Mayor Adams, NYPD high ranking officials, and other Police Officers as well.
