Nice base, and one i can actually easily build. Wouldnt it be wise to upgrade the foundations on each side of the bunker floor? The two triangles and square in front? Otherwise it seems raiders can just blow through the sheet foundations and destroy the twig holding bunker up
yes that's my mistake, you can upgrade these three foundations if you have the resources to spare, but even without that the defense is still 16 rockets. thank you for your comment, you help me become better

This is an awesome base design i have never seen on youtube before. Its very easy to build and has enought protection and features. One thing about the Bunker: its a pretty solid bunker BUT i heard it can shut on server restarts even when you remove the twig. Also a tip from an experienced builder. I havent build this base yet but i would place the turret on a floor on the triangle honeycomb of the square instead of directly on the square. Also i would place a high ramp on the square. This way you can store even more loot, protect the turret, and if raiders blow the bunker the turret will be still there. Have a nice day gentlemen.
This kind of bunker is not affected by the server restart bug afaik. There's just nothing for the seal HQM square to attach to except the twig half wall. This bug should only affect bunkers where the seal has a "choice" of where it attaches to during restart. Floors just cannot attach to foundations.

I’ve been building this quite a while. I build it slightly different to make it a little stronger, but I use salvaged shelves in TC room with barrels for more storage. Also, in the airlock, I don’t put the roof under the half walls for a sneaky shotgun trap.
amazing base have done similar one thing that makes things so much harder to be hit is using old school metal on the roof, they hang down more so you cant be seen hardly at all from the outside

Made this base yesterday and it saved my loot... got offlined with rockets but they didn't manage to find/get to the tc:D only suggestion for next time would be add a bit of text to explain that the roof triangle will need to be deleted once we start building second floor as I was building it in sections and was 2 late for me to remove it 😢 guess what I'll be up to today 😂😂 NICE BASE!
great base, i have built your bases before and they are very fun. as a solo player, the only thing i might change is the bunker room entrance area, having a single door as you enter the bunker room above the false floor, you swapped out the double doors for the garage, and i get that. but if you kept the double doors on each side, aimed out to the bunker floor and changed the one headed in to the bunker room with a single door, you would create a second airlock setup, HQ doors for both doubles and single, and upgrade the single door wall accordingly. I found it very helpful to control the flow of movement, plus if you built the second lvl one half wall higher, you can add a triangle frame and ladder hatch adding an additional deterrent. it narrows the shooting area for raiders to line up and take out your turret. i recommend a pumpy with incendiary rounds for that turret.. burn them out..hope my modification makes sense.. 🪣
Love to experiment with this roof peeks too. Only problem with them is granades 💀. But in general nice base, especially when you do not want to spend a lot of time on building. Good old bunker still works for solo's.

With that kind of bunker with exposed raised foundations you would need the foundations to be HQM, especially when you have a workbench(Or just repairbench nowadays) at that foundation. A few jackies and 10 minutes and you're in. Even at HQM it doesn't take long to get through if you're standing right at the workbenc to refill,
Nice design but I’d replace the roof with another floor and then build the roof. Also they can ladder up and place a square or triangle and camp your upstairs
This is the perfect base for online and offline I've turned this base into something else by expanding the bunker and building up to 4 floors raiders don't even notice that there is a bunker with 8 storage boxes and TC.
place the bag inside with the tc. Then u spawn from inside and u open the base. I had the same question.(u have to play without the floor and when u wanna go afk place the floor and the two half walls)
I like everything but the bunker. No airlock or internal door in the bunker. Only seal-able from outside and easy to soft side. If you make a version with a different bunker design, I'd definitely be interested.
@@anorack007 no, I'm saying that when your bunker isn't sealed, you don't have any doors to protect tc after the front door. A secure bunker has doors inside. My solo base in playing out of this wipe has two armored doors and a garage door behind the bunker. It uses the stability stacking meta to have no soft sides and can be bunkered from inside or outside.

You leave a sleeping bag inside of the tc room..spawn on that bag... chop the twig half wall and the floor will disappear allowing you access in and out

as bunker its nice but the base its not that nice, cuz if you online you will not close every time you leave your base, also if someone give you a timer in the bags and start raid you its will take like 3 rockets & some exp ammo to destroy metal doors and get full control of the base.

Nice base, only suggestion is to move the very outside door to the other side of the triangle. Gives you a better peak outside before you go out.

I would make the entrance to the roof where you put the electric furnaces. If getting raided through the doors, you have no access to the roof once you respawn once in base.

Softsiding stone floor doesn't take long with jackhammer... I would suggest to build the triangle of stone then people can't just molly in.

you forgot to armor 2 high triangles foundations and 1 high square foundation, any raider can just soft side them for cheap and get in

Also if you start with this, make the starter 1x1 wall frame from wood(not in the video), but try to expand asap so you cant be mollied in.

If you are talking about initial survival, then you can close the bunker in stone or metal (100 or 50) every time you leave home for farming or pvp

I believe that if someone came to raid a solo base with a three-story tower, this is a victory
Not much you can do. Gotta remember no matter how good a build is everything is still raidable. All it is sulphur farm
they can soft side metal foundations whic would take 15 mins even for a solo and save 15 rockets
