    From pakistan ,watch ur workout,and fowling,my age 60 ,want to reduce wait,tell me can we do work out two time a day and after dinner beofore bed,bcoz cant go for walk

    Madam mi pan tumche video bagun roj 30\15minit work out karte sakali komat pani pite aani sandyakali 1tas chalate maj vajan 1mahinyat 2kg kami zal madam maj bal lahan aahe 1varshyach mi prayatn karte aahe madam bal aangavar pite tyamule bhukh khup lagte.
