      It had a production level above all the other Indies. Bigger crowds. A venue where you knew it was TNA thanks to the ring, Tunnels how the fans were situated. And a raw and unpolished look. It was edgy, it was the alternative. Personally I felt despite many flaws. And piss poor management (Cornette goes into depth a lot about that as do many others). Overall It was a better product or at least on par with WWE between 05-09.

    I know Christian Rhino and Jeff Hardy were the first ones to make that jump from WWE to TNA, and they were special. But when Kurt Angle showed up, that was a game changer.

      Its story telling modern fans don't understand the ring psychology anymore that's one of the biggest problems with modern wrestling he's clearly being made to look old beaten up ect then he will maybe at mania get a glorious last match and come out on raw after mania and announce his retirement

    • @ryllo2886
      @ryllo2886 5 лет назад

      Just because you know what jobbing even means doesn't mean you really know anything about how wrestling works. Old vets on the way out the door make the new talent look good. It's called doing business. Literally every wrestler not named Hulk Hogan understands this.

    If this was the only match then it must have been a short episode. I know there are commercials as well but that would only add up to an hour. I remember this show being 2 hours. This match reminds me of the good old days.

      A two to three minute commercial break every five minutes.
      42 minutes. That's between 14 and 21 commercial breaks. That would add up to over 2 hours of of TV time.
