This was a game created by Reis, a MilSim (military simulation), that is, a game that tries to recreate more realistic scenarios with controlled ammunition, medical procedures, etc.
Hits to the limbs did not eliminate the player, but they rendered the affected limb useless until the doctor wrapped a bandage around the joint.
Hits to the chest or head would eliminate the player, requiring a 3-minute cure with a blood bag by the doctor.
