Basierend auf dem gleichnamigen Shounen-Jump-Manga von Yuuto Tsukuda und Shun Saeki, handelt Food Wars von Yukihira Sōma, einem jungen Koch, der die kulinarischen Leistungen seines Vaters übertreffen möchte. Eines Tages jedoch schließt dieser das Familienrestaurant, um seine Fähigkeiten in Europa zu trainieren, und steckt Sōma in eine Eliteschule für Köche. Die Standards dieser Schule sind so hoch, dass nur zehn Prozent ihrer Schüler ihren Abschluss schaffen. Wird Sōma sein Talent hier ausfeilen können oder wird er sich am Herd die Finger verbrennen?

I love the concept of this ending. Saiba leaves Gin's side and leads the way alone, so Souma catches up with him and saves him from this loneliness, as shown in the anime. Then Erina is running alone in the front and then suddenly she has friends by her side.
And then she smiled because of happiness.

@@JBLightning. They use fanservice in the images they show everytime they take a bite of food. There's lots of foodgasms and fanservice, but it makes sense for the show
