I don't have any problem with promoting nepotism , but comparing business owners to film industry is not right. Business is a single entity, invest, grow, expand and marketed by single person called Managing director. But film industry is a open industry and platform for everyone. It is not belongs to one individual. Just think if nepotism was promoted in the beginning of film industry then we wouldn't be having Rajesh Khanna, Akshay Kumar, Shahrukh khan etc..talent and creativity should be promoted as film industry is reflection of Indian culture, traditions and society
