    GREAT VIDEOS! Thank you for bringing us along. I know for myself, I put on about 5 # over the holidays....even though I was still eating entirely WFPB but I started adding in a little too much bread, more salt and and sugar. I didn't walk every day like I used to. So all those little hiccups added up to 5# weight gain. I am back on the straight and narrow and it DOES make a huge difference. Your journey is a good incentive and reminder for me. It really shows in your appearance and positivity. KEEP up the GREAT WORK! Thank you!!!!

    Great job on your weight loss! All your food looks delicious! I found it interesting hearing Emily explain walking verses workouts. It makes sense though. Thanks for sharing and being an inspiration!

    You’re killing it Liz 🤩🤩💪💪.
    Those casserole dishes are an excellent idea 👌
    Was bread one of the tweaks that your coach made? I haven’t seen your Sourdough 🤔
    I have upped my veggies, from following along with you and I’ve lost 600g in 2 weeks. I’m very pleased with that 😊
    I haven’t seen your kitty that likes to walk with you, maybe it’s been too cold.

      I have only had oats, potatoes and rice... with lots of veggies!!! Walking ALOT more and doing light weights, those are the things I am focused on right now! It's working!!
      I's so excited for you!!

    Can you provide the recipes for your scalloped potatoes and the Mexican casserole? I have Emily’s awesome sauce book! She is wonderful!

      I made her low fat cheese sauce and layered it with steamed potatoes. You could add in inions if you wanted! It's so easy! The Mexican dish was just rice and diced potatoes with mushrooms and onions, mix in some salsa, and the low fat cheese sauce on top! SOOOOO good!

    So switching to more veggies and less starch and adding more walking is simply creating a larger calorie deficit. Am I getting that right?
    I think its important to note that basic starch solution is not 50/50 as stated. 50/50 comes into McDougals solution for Maximum Weight Loss.
    I notice your first meal is often much later in the day. Are you aiming for intermittent fasting as part of breaking your plateau?
    Nice encouragement to stay on plan!

    • @5050DishGal
      @5050DishGal  Год назад +1

      Yes, you are correct! Some are 50/50 meals, just depends on how I am feeing and what I have on hand.

    You're looking great! How many lbs do you still want to lose? I couldn't help but notice we have like the exact same body type/shape 😆 Do you season your broccoli/cabbage mixture with anything?

    • @5050DishGal
      @5050DishGal  Год назад

      Thank you so much! I am doing my coaching program for 3 months, so at least 2 more months, so I will see what comes of it. I'd like to lose about 2-3 more pounds. I will start incorporating different food at some point. Taking it a week at a time.
      I add a little salt onto the veggies (if I remember), but i do eat them plain...haha!
      It's fun to see what are body do when we feed them whole foods! This is my lightest weight on Starch Solution!

    There would have been no copy right issues with you saying what the ingredients are for the plant first cheese sauce .

      It's a paid book so I do not feel comfortable giving out ingredients. That's how I feel personally about it. Thank you!
