How to make Unicorn Cupcakes

In this tutorial, I show you how to make these very glamorous and glitzy Gold Unicorn Cupcakes.
I’ve used my Vanilla Sponge Cupcake recipe with some colourful sprinkles to make funfetti cupcakes:

I’ve used a Swiss Meringue Buttercream here but my American Buttercream will work just as well:

White Modelling Paste (Saracino)
2.5cm circle cutter
1.5cm circle cutter
Gold Sparkle Edible Lustre - Sugarflair
Paintbrush
Rejuvenator fluid
Sugarflair Paste Pastel food colours - Baby Pink, Lavender and Daffodil
Wilton Gel food colour - Royal Blue
Piping bag
Piping tip - 1B
Sprinkles - Sweetopolita Razzle Dazzle (Metallic pearls) and Wanderlust

Yes i'll look to make a tutorial soon on my Swiss Meringue Buttercream recipe! The fondant is modelling paste which is shop bought. I've used the brand Saracino in this tutorial.
