Mike rides a Giant Toughroad SLR GX1 with Ritchey Venturemax bars, GRX 400 10 speed and DT Swiss G1800 Spline wheels and Pathfinder Pro 42mm tyres.

Lol at Julie's 'menu' of possible munchies towards the end there! Mind you, I think we all do the same as we start to get near home - plan what we're going to eat. My fave is Knorr Chicken Noodle simmer soup of all things, I love the stuff after a ride. Weird...
I learned to drive in a 'proper' Mini, it was that long ago it had a thatched roof. But don't they look tiny these days when you see them!
Apparently, dogs can indeed get the Corona thingie, as can cats, but putting a mask on a dog is going a bit far - poor pooch!
My word your bike was making some din there Mike, weird how it appeared to stop too. It sounded pretty terminal when you overtook Julie - thought that was going to end in what I believe the pros call a yard sale, a load of bike bits strewn up the road!

Thanks Mick... The body knows what it wants after a ride, for me it's crisps and milk? When we ride along the beach we do get a horrible drivetrain that gradually quietens down again but that was far worse than normal. I too wondered if it was all going fall apart. I remember being 5 up in a mini on more than 1 occasion, not sure you could even get 5 in one of new ones😂

Thank you for your vlogs. I’ve lost a bit of mojo at mo with working and only having set days to cycle, so rely on good ole British weather but when watching it makes me want to get out 👍🏻 it’s such a shame drivers feel the need to shout and be in such a rush when ideally there should be less traffic on the road!! Keep up the good work.
Thank you Geraldine. We've been lucky here to get out with no ice, just cold... Now we have warm temps but rain, it's like we can't win. Yeah, lots of cars still on the road all in a hurry, I actually wonder if it's better when there's more cars on the road and they're stuck in queues😂 Not sure if it's me but I kind of feel like the mornings and evenings are getting lighter already. Hope you get out on your bike soon...
Always uplifting to watch the Wheelers out and about. Must be winter as Mike is wearing long bibs.🥶👍 The cameras with long fish eye lens will be getting dusted off from Lockdown #1 once the news slows down.😱

They can smell very well though even smelling cancer so mask not gona do much 🤪can’t get some people to wear them so that dog deserves a bone 🦴 😂😂😂😂😂

Haha! Julie's world... She assures me it's a much better place than the real world👍I think because there's less traffic on the roads drivers are speeding more and therefore cyclists are in the way more, rather than us filtering past them like we usually would be... Thanks Peter.
You're fortunate to be a pair, self rescue is less of a problem. As solo rider I have to consider my plan a bit more, but do lean on my experience from cycling alone in very remote 3rd world countries.

Had a nice driver on Saturday. Decided to over take me on the very tight Wimborne bridge with a car coming on the opposite side. What annoyed me more is I know he was speeding as I was going 31mph down the hill over the bridge so I wasn’t holding the poor Audi driver up, just a idiot 😂
There's a lot going on over that bridge with a blind corner, traffic pulling out on the other side and a pedestrian crossing as well, bonkers to overtake on that bridge.
@@WheelersAtLarge yeah, I just laughed and gave him a couple words of wisdom. Also forgot to say couple of videos ago, you not got one of them Thermal Bottles that look like a normal bike bottle for your coffee or hot chocolate 👍🏻
