Is it just me or does the engine sound like an overworked 4 banger at low revs? It isn’t until past 4000RPM where you hear the classic V8 roar. What the hell has Europe done to the combustion engine?
I absolutely HATE that exterior, but man in that Interior GORGEOUS. The new screens look a lot more integrated into the dashboard than in the new X5, 5 series, 2 series, etc (basically any of the other models that have it) but nothing replaces physical buttons. This is like the G wagon of BMWs, cool but nobody really needs it.
What did you do to eliminate compression and fix audio clipping? more bit depth or higher sample rate on the recorder? Any settings on the type of audio input if recorded on camera? I got curious

just a wild guess but the driver cannot see those flassing light that are on each side of the dash and on the top of it right, and if so, what are those for anyways????
Those are there to monitor the eyes of the drivers. If the driver seems to be fatigued / tired / sleepy then those sensors will detect it which then notifies the driver to take a rest.
This design has really grown on me. BMW has really made something special for the rich.
