So I work at a Multi billion dollar🎉 Company warehouse, And This past week they been making all these New "Rules, (Basically we're Over Staffed and they are about to Trim the fat), But I thought it was funny because 1 of the new Rules is "No matter the weight or size, Only pick 1 case At a Time! 😂😂

1 case at a time is extremely petty

@TheWarehouseSeries And where I work there isn't many different boxes, It might be 5 stops max on an order, and some of these cases are 1lb small boxes but they still want them thrown 1 at a time! 🤣 Someone said it's just their Ace card if they don't like you and want you gone, They have it now

    Need advice.
I'm noob in the warehouse, i work in beer warehouse and there, we are trained to always build on the pallet in the pyramid style, but often times i run into a problem where i end up with big gaps that i have nothing in the order to fill, so i flip the stakes to fill the space, but this later causes another empty space on different side of the pallet and often times have nothing in the order to fill it, so i end up building taller pallets. The manager of the warehouse is also with 20 years of experience, but he only cares about the orders being done and doesn't really care to teach newbies like me how to be space efficient and to build stable pallets, so i end up watching videos like this. I also make that mistake of playing tetris when building the pallet, and often i can't figure out how to use all the space without leaving a hole that later tears my stretch. When for example, i have in the order 20 stakes of 2 liter bottles of beer, i can build a solid base, but when i have 40 items in the order, all 1 to 3 stakes, and with different shapes and sizes, it is difficult for a beginner to figure out how to build a stable, space efficient pallet, when no one teaches you how to start and what to put on what. I often times end up putting whatever smaller thing fits best on the bigger thing and later i just wrap it more with the stretch wrap to keep it stable. We use Euro pallets, don't know if this is relevant. Thanks for the tutorial.

I would say to join Discord and if you can post pictures that would help me understand what you're doing

I literally learned how to stack by pretending it was Tetris. Dry or cooler easy 120% on a 45k case count night

I'm Curious, do you turn cases every which way or all upright?

@@TheWarehouseSeries depends on if the gaps big enough to fit the case I want to turn. If it’s a liquid I jus won’t put weight on it. I turn yogurts sideways all the time. Never had an issue

Drives me crazy to see people putting milk and juice on its side, one guy put eggs on its side, I had to stop him and say something

@boemyricks6492 being on the correct side of the jack when coming up to the slot, getting on ur jack just to go 2 slots up when u could if walked it, all that time adds up

Could you clarify what you mean by positioning the jack, say a slot is on the right side? For example, are you suggesting moving the jack closer to the right side and positioning it a certain number of inches ahead?

Ya heard that term before, why do trainers think If u played tetras u can stack. Lol. I been shown how they do it but not actually been instructed how to stack properly. All I been told is it's like tetras. I always have to be quick. Hope your videos help me to do a better job then my trainer.
